The property is exclusively yours(minus the shed at back used for storage), without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. The backyard shed is the only inaccessible part of the home.

Socialising outdoors is allowed until 10:00pm, after which guests need to move indoors. We use privacy safe Minute technology to monitor the decibel levels around the house as well as front/street facing outdoor security cameras.

All reservations operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. This property is in a Residential Area and we thank you for being considerate to our neighbours.

If the booking is All adults and no kids, then person doing the booking should be 30+ and everyone in the group should be at least 26+

By requesting a booking, you are confirming your agreement to the above policies.

Pet House Rules(If Pet is added to the booking):
- Well-behaved small Dogs under 9KG's are welcome.
- Minimum dog age 8 months
- Clean up after Dog
- No damage
- Quiet hours (10 PM - 7 AM)
- Supervise dog at all times
- No dogs left alone at home
- Dogs are never allowed in the bedrooms(carpet areas) or on any furniture.
- Dogs are required to sleep on a mat anywhere in tiled living areas only
