Sheets were dirty and not changed when house keeping came in. They refolded the used towels that were in the room the night before.

The rooms were really run down and not in the greatest neighborhood. Our bed linens were stained, the curtains were stained and frayed and wouldn’t stay closed. Pics portray a much cleaner environment. Didn’t get wifi as they listed as an amenity and the cable never worked.

DO NOT STAY HERE
The place is completely run down nothing is clean and the beds are like prison beds. Everything about the place just seems run down. I'm surprised they are still in business.

Checked in turned light on, light fell off wall turned around and has holes in wall by bathroom door. Went down stairs told ladys i was going stay elsewhere and said the penalty was a charge of 1 of the 3 nights i had booked. Went down to Plantion Oaks 5 minutes away same price pernight, way way better.

It was all wonderful nothing bad about it except the front desk lady expected us to go by 11:00 on the dot and every 2 minutes made housekeeping come see. Other than that it was fine

I only had 2 requirements when i searched on expedia, breakfast and a pool. I get there and a sign behind the checkin, “we no longer have breakfast”, so i asked what time the pool was open again, “the pool is permanently closed” due to the previous owner took all the equipment needed to have a pool” . I asked where i could get ice, she told me to go to the gas station next door, the vending area was in terrible disray. How can Expedia show property’s that are this tertible? Do you not ever verify properties quality? If not you really need to. I cannot trust Expedia for future travels, once you pay you can’t get there and back out, your stuck.

They had to cancel us due to a storm. They were without AC l, water or power so they told us to go somewhere else. No warning.

I had a room in the breezeway and nearby rooms were being worked on until almost 9 pm. Very hard to get any sleep. The windows were dirty and phalic symbols drawn on them. The toilet bowl tilted when leaning to wipe. Dirt behind headboard. Spider webs on right side of cooling unit. Tape holds batteries for remore control in. You must manually power tv on using switch on tv. Advertises pool and breakfast no breakfast is served and though it has a pool, it is not in service at end of June when temperatures are in the 90s. Stay someplace else.

Avoid this place. Biggest issue was it has bed bugs. I can’t believe in 2023 that this is still an issue, but it is. Also, the neighborhood is quite sketchy. There are other motels in Millington available for a similar price that are way better.

A filthy nightmare
First there was a rude receptionist,the room was filthy with cigarette butts in the floor, dirty toilet the tub fixture was broken and did I mention the front desk lady was very rude? I give this hotel 0 stars and no recommendations I'll never stay there again

Attention ⚠️ À fuir !!! Depuis l’accueil ça a mal commencé. Pas de laundry ni de petit dej (pas un café… et le mec s’est gentiment moqué de moi en me disant que c’était valable pour tous les motels de la ville, car bien évidemment que le motel où nous sommes allés 20min après, nous ont servi un excellent petit dej). Nous n’avons même pas sorti les valises du coffre. En 10ans de road trip, je n’ai JAMAIS vu un état de délabrement à ce point. Sale, pourri, meubles cassés. Honteux. Mais comment peut-on encore parler de motel ?…. Bref, nous sommes restés 7minutes dans la «chambre », le temps de trouver une autre chambre ailleurs.

The room was not handicap accessible. There was no toilet paper. The cable went out and didn't come back on. The sheets had burn holes in them. Overall I will never stay here again.

Paint peeling and falling off bathroom wall. Room ac could only maintain room at 80 degrees. Furniture falling apart. Complimentary coffee machine with no coffee (cant use personal coffee because its a speacial hotel type) wifi and internet does not work period. Hands down the worst place ive ever stayed upon check in they had to call the police at a belegerent customer then 20 min after i got my room said customer is leaning on my door arguing with the police. Front desk over charged my card then said it was an authorization charge by 200? This place is questionable as hell
