We enjoyed our stay. Perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset. It was a great place close to home to escape for a few days.

Our family had an absolute blast at this property! The lake was perfect—we spent our days swimming, the younger kids loved kayaking solo, and we even caught a huge catfish! The house itself was incredible and stocked with everything we could possibly need and more (the waffle maker was a huge hit with the kids). The hosts were amazing, incredibly helpful, and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back!

A very nice visit. Next to the lake was fun and even got to fish a little. Got a nice visit from the owner and her friendly dog. (Surprisingly not a single mosquito!)

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place! Coming from the city of Chicago, we loved the quiet atmosphere and beautiful scenery.Our kids, both older and younger, had a wonderful time exploring the property, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors. Our dog, Pickles, had the time of his life running around and experiencing so much open space.The hosts thought of everything—there was a grill, bonfire area, jacuzzi, boats, games, and so much more to keep everyone entertained. We especially appreciated how welcoming the hosts were and how they allowed us to fully enjoy the entire property.Our family made so many great memories here, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy quality time together.

WiFi was down for our visit so we had to use our cell phone as a hotspot (using up our entire data allowance). There is no dishwasher if that is an absolute must, but we were thrilled with our week and enjoyed every single day that flew by way too quickly. Our hosts (Tony. and Kim) could not possibly have been more gracious, and bent over backwards to please. There is a hot tub that is wonderfully relaxing, and the view is priceless.

We really enjoyed our stay. The decorations in the house are really nice including the seasonal halloween/fall decor put out. Enclosed front porch was really nice spent a lot of time out there. The kids had a lot of fun fishing and going out on the kayaks.

Rest and recharge

A beautiful property that made it easy to rest and get away from the hustle and bustle. The offered amenities were great and the home was super clean. We do plan to return to the property in the fall to enjoy those beautiful sunsets.

Wonderful Little Lodge

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the lodge. The place was very clean, cozy, and stocked well! The hot tub was great and they even have robes for when you get out! The lake is such a beautiful setting to relax next to! Would love to stay there again!
