“**Modern, comfortable, and a great way to experience Innsbruck!**
We really enjoyed our stay at Urban Inn. The place is modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to make everything easy and convenient. Both check-in and check-out are completely self-service, with a simple system to collect your keys and access your room. They also have a luggage storage room, which is a nice bonus.
The location was perfect for exploring Innsbruck on foot. We also discovered some great restaurants nearby,...

“The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet little village, which made the stay very relaxing. It was also conveniently located near shops and restaurants, so it was easy to get food and other necessities.
The check-in was a little confusing. The reception is at the restaurant next to the hotel, but the sign indicating where to check in was quite small and I initially missed it. A larger or clearer sign would have made the check-in process easier.”

“Our room faced a busy road, so it was quite noisy. There was no air conditioning, which made the room very hot. In addition, the window blinds didn't provide full blackout coverage, so the room became bright early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. The Wi-Fi connection was also very poor and frequently dropped out.”
