Desde el 4 al 7 de enero tuvimos 6 problemas serios. El ascensor no funcionaba y nos dijeron que lo arreglarìan al dìa siguientes. Una de las huesped con problemas de movilidad . Averiguamos y habìa dejado de funcionar el 31 de diciembre y la compañìa estaba de vacaciones. No nos despertaron en ningùno ...

Laguna Hotel
Oda temizdi, çalışanlar nazikti. Ama otelde Wi-fi arızalıydı ve 6 günde giderilmedi. Bu nedenle 1 yıldız kırdım.

STUNNING LARGE COUNTRY FAMILY HOME, INDOOR POOL, SLEEPS 12, SECLUDED GARDEN
This spacious and comfortable home was perfect for us seven adults and four children celebrating New Year's. The indoor pool was the highlight, naturally. Villa de lujo para 22 personas con piscina, jacuzzi, gran jardín y pub privado!
The whole experience was wonderful. The pool, although cold was well used, followed by a dip in the hot tub. The little private pub was a hit, along with the games room. A beautiful venue for special ocasions. Comfortable rooms, lovely grounds and helpful hosts. Altogether amazing.
