This was our second stay. We are local and spent all our time at the house and it was wonderful. The property is great for all ages. There is ample room for everyone to spread out for peace and quiet or to come together for a family meal. Nathan was very prompt at responding to texts. The house is very clean. And well maintained. And the views are unforgettable.

Comfortable stay in secluded property outside of Pensacola

We enjoyed our stay here for six nights to see our niece/cousin graduate from high school and nearby pace. The property is very secluded. Inside is very spacious clean plenty of outdoor space with a wraparound patio on two levels. The pool is great to have on site. There’s a nearby pond with fishing if you’re into that. There’s also two canoes for use on the bay. The top floor has a gym, which is great. My kids enjoyed playing pool on the pool table up there as well.

Plantation

We enjoyed the beautiful home with lot of space. Spent a lot of time in and around the nice pool and my son-in-law and my grandson used the available kayaks a lot and enjoyed fishing in the area. Enjoyed the two cats who welcomed us. Both are very friendly

Labor Day Family Reunion

We are a local family of 3 generations, ages 1-84. This house was perfect for us. We stayed on the property the entire time and there was plenty to stay as busy or relax as we wanted. It is so secluded and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and eat at the house. The house was very clean.

Great stay!!

We loved the house for our family group of 11! Had enough bedrooms for cousins and parents and grandma to spread out! Pool was awesome and the house did not disappoint! Beautiful house and scenery. Went to Navarre beach several days. We fished at the boat dock and even caught a stingray one day!! The boardwalk and swing down by the bay were great in the mornings and evenings! We ate several meals at the giant picnic table looking over the bay. Spoiled the kitties a lot. Nathan answered our questions immediately and was willing to come at moments notice to help us if we needed it. Very relaxing vacation. Lots of spices and condiments(other visitors had left) in fridge so didn’t have to buy a lot of smaller items we had on our list for meals, so that was handy. The butlers pantry was nice to store our extra meal supplies. We used the charcoal grill a couple times. Only cons we found was no drink pitchers in the house so we had to go get some for tea and lemonade and also we ran out of silverware most days so had to keep them washed up so we had enough.

Family Vacation

Our entire family of 13 spent a week at the plantation house. It was beautiful with so much room for the different individual families. The pictures don’t do it justice. The owner was very accommodating and easy to reach. We also rented his jet skis and saw dolphins in the bay. I would recommend the plantation house especially for large groups.

Perfect private vacation

Everything about this house and grounds is top notch! We had great grandparents all the way down to 18 months and the space was more than adequate for the 12 of us. Every porch is gated so we didn’t have to worry about the kids, beautiful views, fully stocked kitchen and the elevator was so helpful with luggage and laundry! The pool, perfect, boardwalk, amazing! The host responds quickly and is always helpful. It was just right for our large family, we needed a relaxing, peaceful getaway. You will not be disappointed if luxury and space are what you are after!

Absolutely Amazing

We celebrated my dad’s 70th birthday staying at the Plantation property and it was incredible! Pictures do not do justice! There was room for everyone, beds were comfy, kitchen had everything you would ever need. Things the owner doesn’t share in the listing- there is a gate to get in the pool (huge bonus since we had a 3 year old with us), there was boogie boards and tons of sand toys to borrow, the fridge and kitchen was well stocked with basic condiments and spices. Pensacola beach is only 30 minutes away and gorgeous! This was truly one of the best rentals we’ve had. Everything was just perfect! Worth every penny!

Great family fun - awesome place!

Family fun for a 7 night stay - ages 5 to 75 - 11 family members. Plenty of bedrooms and living spaces for us to spread out or to hang out together around the living room & kitchen areas. The pool was a big hit - as well as the 3rd story game room with pool table and big screen tv. The in house elevator was a big plus for getting luggage upstairs as well as our 2 over 65 gamily members. The master bedroom & bath suite were amazing! For a mostly adult group - bring extra wine glasses (there is a wine fridge in the kitchen). Highly recommend! ❤️😃

Room for Everyone

We are a family of 12 - kids, spouses and grandkids. Had a fabulous time! Everyone had their own space and the game room, and main level were amazing for all of us to gather together. The grandkids loved the pool. The boardwalk and grounds were great!! 5 star vacation!!

Plantation House on Blackwater Bay

The house and grounds were stunning and well-kept. It was very relaxing and we had a great time as a family with 8 adults and six kids. We had plenty of room. The kids were able to enjoy the outside grounds as well as the inside game room. Cannot beat the sunrises and moon rise over the bay.

All it promised to be and more

Amazing Property

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was at this amazing property. From check in to check out, our trip was seamless and easy. The owner was responsive to any questions or concerns and was quick to respond. The property and house are breathtaking! I personally enjoyed my coffee each morning on the back porch swing watching the sunrise. The beds are comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen and bathrooms were extremely well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Place

The home and the surrounding property were really beautiful. We saw some excellent sunrises. The rooster and hens were fun to have around and each day the kids would look for eggs in the planter outside the kitchen window. The rooster does crow early, so if you don't like to wake early, just invest in ear plugs. The place is spacious, the pool was refreshing and the host was very responsive to our needs.

Fabulous place

Plantation Stay

The property is very spacious and accommodated our larger family. We enjoyed the the extra benefits of a ice machine , warming drawer, elevator , and pool table . The views were picturesque with the bay water , lighted pier and sunrises . We took advantage of the outside swing , rocking chairs and very large outside table. Several family members enjoyed fishing in the bay and in the pond . My grand boys enjoyed the roaming chickens, pond ducks , and numerous frogs. Nate responded to small issues that arose . We thoroughly enjoyed the week with our family and would stay again if given the chance .

Perfect large family getaway

There were 13 of us that got together for my in-law's 50th anniversary. We traveled from CA, IN, and TN. We were all blown away by how beautiful this property is. It's in a gorgeous setting with beautiful views of the bay. The house itself is very well decorated and feels very welcoming and comfortable. It has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and we never felt crowded at all. All amenities were thought of, and I can't think of anything we wished would have been different. It was perfect. It's close enough to town or the beach that it's not burdensome to go out when you need to, but also feels very secluded and private. We made good use of the swimming pool each day, and had a blast renting the jet skis one day. And the kids loved watching the cats, chickens, rosters and goose that wander the property. Nathan was very attentive and easy to communicate with throughout the week. He is a very gracious and accommodating host, and we are so thankful for all the thought and energy he has put into this rental property. We hope to return as a family someday.

PERFECTION

We normally get beach houses for vacation, so a house on bay was new for us. The experience was awesome. House is huge, very nicely decorated and outfitted, but at same time very comfortable and usable. Great spaces including pool, hot tub, game room, private small beach, huge decks , outdoor living/dining areas, etc. Jet boat and wave runners were awesome. Although property has a remote feel, it is close to Milton and Pensacola so it’s easy to go shopping or out to dinner. I can’t identify one single improvement opportunity. Owner personally engaged day to day on any needs and wants; superb hands on responsiveness. I will absolutely stay here again. Love the area.
