Este apartamento le brinda la disponibilidad de actividades y aventuras ilimitadas que pocas personas tienen el privilegio de experimentar. Ubicada en el extremo sur de Broadkill Beach, esta espaciosa propiedad de dos dormitorios está frente a la playa de arena a solo unos pasos de la puerta principal. En la parte posterior de la propiedad se encuentra su propio muelle privado para pesca de cangrejos, pesca y kayak. ¡Ven y quédate en nuestra hermosa suite!

Este apartamento es una suite de 2 dormitorios en la ley en el primer piso de nuestra casa. Las amplias habitaciones cuentan con 2 camas individuales y 1 cama queen size. Cada habitación tiene acceso a la cubierta posterior con impresionantes vistas del refugio de vida silvestre. El baño está equipado con una ducha de gran tamaño con barras de apoyo. También hay una pequeña cocina comedor totalmente equipada. ¡Es un gran lugar para esa primera taza de café en la mañana o una cena al atardecer! A diferencia de muchas casas de playa, solo hay unos 6 pasos para subir a esta repetición del primer piso.

Residimos en la propiedad, por lo que el Capitán Steve está disponible para compartir su conocimiento de la pesca local y la pesca de cangrejos. My family had a great time at this location! Steve and Bobbie are great hosts and wonderful to talk to. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. Having linens, towels, plus all other amenities included, made us feel right at home. The relaxed atmosphere was just what we were looking for. We even caught some beautiful sunsets from the back deck. Thank you for having us! Would definitely stay again!

The property and the hosts are amazing! The property had so many amenities and the location was just stunning! A beach cart filled with sand toys and beach chairs meant we didn't have to bring those things or haul them home. A well stocked kitchen meant cooking meals was easy, leaving more time for us to enjoy vacation (and save money by not always eating out!). We were able to crab right off the dock at the property and Captain Steve gave us a lesson in preparation and ways to enjoy fresh crab. I am already looking forward to returning in the future! I highly recommend booking this property.

Steve and Bobbie are fantastics hosts and lovely people. They made us feel instantly at home. We loved Broadkill Beach and the rental. Great views of Prime Hook marshes and easy access to the beach. This place was perfect for my husband and me. The hosts are very helpful and unintrusive. Everything you need is at the house. We enjoyed sunrises on the beach and sunsets on the deck. We hope to come back again.

Well-equipped apartment with a screened in back porch with a heck of a view! We liked the area for walking and for the quiet. Close enough to cape Henlopen and other areas that are less quiet. Hosts were perfect!

We had the perfect stay, perfect weather, and wonderful hosts. Our 4 and 6 year old granddaughters never tired of looking for clams of all sizes and sand fleas. It was a magical place for them. We relaxed and enjoyed their activity. Alsi had some greal meals in Milton.

Great location in Broadkill, as the south side has definitely become our favorite place. Perfect for the 2 of us to spend a few days for our anniversary. Quiet, clean, and a very quick and easy walk to the beach. The back porch facing the Preserve was relaxing and great for watching/listening to birds. Would definitely stay again. Everything about the experience was wonderful. The place was adorable and meticulously clean. Just a very brief walk across the street to the ocean. Umbrellas available already set up. Everything you need is already there so no need to tote chairs, sand buckets, or really almost anything except your own personal items! The owners were friendly, but not intrusive. Part of the deck on the back of the property is screened so you can still enjoy nature in the rain and mosquitoes (we did not have any problem with mosquitoes at this time of the season). Highly recommend!

Well-situated, well-equipped, clean. Beach access right across the street, sunset over the marsh, a sky full of stars. Friendly hosts, comfy beds. Quiet in March with no biting flies and hardly any people. Loved the town of Milton and nearby Lewes and Cape Henlopen.

If you’re looking for a no-frill, restful beach vacation this is the spot! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, lovely screened in porch and the beach is across the street over the dune! Steve and Bobbi are terrific hosts. The towns, closes by, are all worth exploring. Hope to return next September.

Steve and Bobbi's place was everything we needed/wanted. If you know Broadkill Beach, you already know that the location is fabulous, down toward the southern end of S. Bayshore Drive — so quiet, so peaceful, and so full of natural beauty. Steve and Bobbi's place is on the canal side with ultra-easy access to the bay (90-second walk across the street), where they've got three beach umbrellas planted in the sand, a great landmark for finding your way home when you're swimming. The two bedrooms overlook the canal and are separated from the kitchen and BA by a winding hallway, so people trying to sleep don't hear noise from kitchen or BA. I could say more, but I'll just cut to the chase: The only reason NOT to stay here is if you don't want to be at Broadkill Beach.
