Hi Sally. We are so sorry that your three bed was unavailable - at times we do have unavoidable situations such as plumbing issues/leaks etc. and in these situations we have no option but to offer guests an alternative apartment. That aside, we are glad that your group had a lovely time and liked our apartments! I am sure we would have offered you a discount on your next stay by way of apology so contact us when you're next coming to the area and we shall make sure you're looked after.

Unfortunately, when booking on certain platforms these agents do not provide us with any contact information of the guest but only there name. This, as you can understand makes it very difficult to send information to and we rely on booking agents to send this on our behalf. We hope this doesn't affect your decision on staying with us again!

Thank you for your feedback. The apartment is a few minutes walk away from the office (approximately 4 minutes) and presents no issue for our current business guests but apologies if you found this inconvenient.

We do not advertise as offering Sky TV and we are in the process of removing all Sky facilities from the apartments in order to make way for a new service.
