The host was amazing with communication and went above and beyond to supply fans to help with the unforeseen heatwave. Think having nets/sheer curtains at the windows would be an added bonus as being on the ground floor it was not very private if heavy curtains were opened during the day as kids play outside. Other than that a peaceful place with easy access to local shops (fish n chips) and also by car to city centre.

A lovely apartment located in a quiet area with parking and very close to various attractions in the area. The apartment was well equipped and welcoming. I would certainly stay again

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment

Rooms were spacious and it was a bonus to have 2 bathrooms and easy access to ground floor apartment without steps.

Ola and her apartment never disappoint! We are all looking forward to spending time here again. Great host, great place, great location—what else can I say...? We will be back!

The host, Joe, was excellent and went above and beyond to meet our needs. A great apartment in a fantastic location. I’ve already booked it again for the following month!

Clean, well presented

Clean, well presented property, quiet location but close to the centre. Great communication with the owner, even late in the eve as we arrived late and couldn’t find it.

We had a wonderful stay at this flat! It was very clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished with a modern minimalist style. The living area is spacious, and the little thoughtful touches really stood out - things you don't think to take on holiday, like kitchen roll, salt and pepper, oil, foil, etc., were all provided. The location was perfect for us - right opposite our friends’ house and just a ten-minute walk from a Co-op and various takeaways. Just under a mile away, you can take a gentle 20-minute stroll through Ouzel Valley Park to reach Ye Olde Swan - a charming pub that made the walk well worth it.The keypad entry was a great bonus, making access simple for everyone.Communication from the owner, Ola, was clear and helpful throughout.The only downside was the “sofa beds” in the lounge. While the backs fold down to make a flat surface, the middle seam is quite hard and uneven, making it really uncomfortable to lie on. They are absolutely fine for seating, but not really suitable for sleeping on. That said, this wouldn’t stop us from returning - I'll just make sure one of my friends gets the sofa bed next time and I'll take one of the bedrooms!!Overall, a lovely flat in a good location. Highly recommended.
