“This property is a 9/10. The only thing they need to improve is their meal times. Breakfast ends at 10am and at 9:40 while you are having breakfast you have the staff shaking all the pots, making a terrible noise. Walking with the trash and the mop next to you almost like running you out of the room. For the love of god, no kitchen is started to be cleaned or cleared until the room is empty. It is something basic in the hospitality industry. I hope they can improve in that sense.”
