“Black mold in bathrooms, bugs and fly’s in shower cracks, broken window held together by a plastic bag, no cover for electrical outlet which could cause serious injury or death. Ac unit not properly insulated and outside air is exposed around the unit, the water from faucets were black, dirty mirrors, stains on bed sheets. A patch on a toilet which could break any moment.
