Really enjoyed the cabin! Everything was as described! Having river so close was really nice. Easy drive to blue ridge, tubing, rafting, etc. Thanks for making it all so easy!

Great mountain getaway

The house is very pretty with lots of room and activies! It is a close drive to Blue Ridge and many trails. The short walk down the driveway to the river was nice. The host was very easy to communicate with! We brought our 2 senior dogs with us, and we were welcomed with dog treats in the pantry. Overall, it was a great stay!

Lovely Stay, Beautiful Cabin

My family enjoyed this beautiful and seemingly brand new cabin over Labor Day weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was perfectly clean, well appointed, and exactly as pictured/described. The beds were very comfortable, and all needed amenities for the bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen were provided. Our children loved the foosball and shuffleboard tables, and we all enjoyed relaxing in the cabin, outdoors on the porches and in the hot tub. The river is right across the street and perfect for fishing or kayaking if you have your own, just be mindful of the dam schedule for water flow. Meagan was very communicative and helpful with my questions prior to booking, as well as for the check in process. I would note that the driveway is quite steep for anyone with accessibility concerns for walking down to the river. I would highly recommend this rental, and we’d love to come back and stay longer sometime!!

Great Cabin in the Woods

This place was incredible. Accurate descriptions. Super clean. Great outdoor gathering spots. Very cold AC. Fully equipped kitchen and grill, and towels. All new appliances - washer/dryer, stove, grill, hot tub - place even smells new when you walk in. Can't think of a single negative thing to say. These owners/host seemed to have thought of most everything. Any slight negatives - the trees are so tall and thick that it cuts out much view and the driveway is very steep and the Toccoa River access seemed to be on private property across the street.

Amazing cabin!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Toccoa River cabin! The cabin was well-appointed, perfectly clean, and very spacious for our family of four. We loved walking down to the river, hanging on the huge porches, playing in the hot tub, and cooking meals in the great kitchen and on the large grill. The hosts were also great and kept us well informed while we were at the property. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful!

We came for a long weekend. The home is beautiful and practically brand new. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Really quiet location and close to the river. Only aout 15 minutes to Blue Ridge. Plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware. Loved the hot tub! We'd stay here again for sure! One suggestion for the owners...put a tv in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

Great Family Holiday

The property was lovely with our teen boys enjoying the bottom level with its dark bedroom and games. Other guests might like to know the home is across the street from the river and the kayaks pictured are not available for tenant use.

This cabin was amazing! Very clean, furnishings were top notch & comfy. Had no problems with the WiFi & was able to stream my Disney+ account on the smart TV. Would love to go back!

Great Getaway!

My family had a great time enjoying the amenities of this beautiful home and property for Fall Break. The house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The one time I had a question, the property managers were quick to reply. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful home. Wonderful stay.

This home is amazing! New construction and so beautifully furnished. We’ve been vacationing in Blue Ridge for nearly 20 years and this is by far the nicest home we’ve rented. The beds are very comfortable with plush linens. The kitchen is well supplied. Lots of nice little touches including beach towels for the hot tub. Outdoor space with lots of seating to watch the abundant wildlife. Great communication with the owner before and during our stay. Will definitely stay again!

The Perfect Hidden Getaway

Could not have asked for a better stay! We live in a busy city and have packed schedules. We were looking for somewhere we could unplug and enjoy a slower, quiet, long weekend. We found everything we were looking for and more at Toccoa Hillside Retreat! This home is perfectly nestled in the trees for that hideaway feel but is also convenient to Downtown Blue Ridge, Mercier Orchards, shopping, hiking, kayaking and more if you're wanting to explore. This is easily the most comfortable, best outfitted, and cleanest home we have ever stayed in. From the expansive private decks to the spacious living spaces, there is a space for everyone to enjoy. I was seriously impressed by the well thought out features and little amenities the owners provided that made our stay care free. It made such a difference. We will definitely be back!
