Not worth the price & extremely dishonest
I asked for early check in but received a message saying u had to pay all monies b4 I got an answer and when I did it stated I would get notice on the day of checking in. I followed all these rules an never got any notice of whether checking in early was possible so it inconvenience my family tremendously . Upon arrival there is no book or notice to instruct how to properly use things in the home so it was challenging trying to figure this out. Finally I realize that the WiFi code given was incorrect so we had no WIFI. So no internet, no music, no tv just Being extremely creative to enjoy our time. The downstairs bedroom had no electricity working & the living room was 25 degrees downstairs with no heat so of course we didn’t use any of the downstairs which had 2 bedrooms. The feedback I got was not concerning but more of deal with it an get thru it. They did compensate me 50 for no WiFi (slap in the face) & 100 for the issues downstairs another slap. A 4 bedroom home an I was only able to use 2 rooms while parts of my family sleep on the floor and living room. This was cruel, dishonest an definitely not worth the price
