Serenity Point features an open, main living area with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. Entertaining will be a joy in the sparkling, well-equipped kitchen featuring loads of cabinets, loads of counter space, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and seating for six. Play board games, stream your favorite channels on the flatscreen TV, or dine outdoors on the huge, furnished deck overlooking the private backyard. And for lake days, make the most of the community boat launch and relax on the spacious sun deck-perfect for soaking up the rays! Enjoy the convenience of secure boat and trailer parking in the locked community lot for up to 72 hours.

Have to drive nearby to places. Great catfishing just around the corner. Living room & kitchen island fantastic to interact with family.

Wonderful place. The walk way lighting didnt work so had to use phones. Clean and comfortable beds. The air freshener were too much i had to unplug as it irritated my allergies. Would go back again.

Great place to stay near Lake Anna

The location was very convenient because we needed to work at Lake Anna State Park for a research project. Additionally, the house is close to one market (i.e., Food Lion) and few restaurants. The house is very cozy and has everything you would need (e.g., coffee maker, air fryer, stove, WIFI, washer).

Wonderful Experience

Wonderful atmosphere. Great outdoors for the family. Even for a small group. Had great internet connection. The kids had two games hooked up and we were still able to watch our TV as well as phone connection.

Nice house

Open concept. Large kitchen. Beautiful backyard with a trampoline, tree swing, and fire pit. Very quiet area. Beds are comfortable. Grocery store right around the corner and centrally located to several restaurants. Only issue we had was the pathway lighting up front was sketchy but hopefully that can be addressed. Nicely decorated and we had an enjoyable stay.

Clean, comfortable and enjoyable

We booked this as lodging for a family function because of so few hotel options and traveling with dogs. The house was exactly as the pictures show and very clean on the inside which is always a concern for me given my prior experiences with other rentals on other platforms. It had everything we needed, down to little laundry detergent pods to do laundry. While we didn't use it, the property had a great yard with a nice trampoline, swing, numerous games to play and more. Would certainly rent this unit again if needed.

Nice Weekend Getaway!

We stayed at Serenity Point for a weekend getaway with the family. We were pleasantly surprised of how convenient the location of the house was and in proximity to Food Lion, restaurants, etc. The house was small but had everything you needed. The kitchen was very nicely furnished with everything required to make a meal. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Only suggestions are to replace some of the stools in the kitchen that are falling apart and also more seating in the living room. WIFI was terrible but we used our hot spots so it wasnt that big of a deal. Overall a beautiful house and stay!

Before we arrived, we had received a text stating the wifi was down and someone would be there shortly to repair it. It was difficult getting in the house - had to call different numbers before we reached someone to learn how to get the key. Wifi wasnt repaired until later the next day so we had some grumpy customers. Once that was fixed, and we found where the giant catfish were, we had a great time fishing and watching shark movies!

Rented for Wedding Guests

I rented the space for wedding guests who came from very far away. Thankfully 1 person wasn’t able to make it because this space totally misrepresented the amount of beds, I did actually end up having to find a couple a different place to stay which was very stressful. I was unable to get into the property because they gave me the wrong code. I had to try three different numbers before I could get in touch with someone. Would not recommend.

Family vacation

My family stayed at Serenity Pt for 5 nights in Oct. We loved the way the house was decorated with lake themed decorations. The landscaping was very attractive and the house is located not far from Food Lion. What we didn’t like was the spotty Internet service. The tv only works off the internet which is an issue when the internet goes down or slows frequently. It was also odd that the DVD players were in two of the bedrooms not the main living area. If we had used the player we would all have to sit on the bed because there were no chairs in the bedrooms. There were only 4 uncomfortable bar stools in the kitchen at the counter for meals. There weren’t enough plates and flatware for our small group without washing dishes every day. There was an odd noise at night coming from the locked garage that stopped in the AM. Also there are no dressers in the bedrooms to store your clothes so you have to live out of your suitcase. That said we still enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the TV situation was corrected.
