“I have used Holiday Inn on several occasions and I have never encountered a place like this. The bathroom was uncomfortable, unclean, the common areas were dirty, but the worst of all was that there were children running around everywhere and knocking on the doors. We had to notify security... all night long there was shouting, they were knocking on the doors. It was really a high price to pay for the terrible service we received.”

“This property was an older timeshare & now a hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. We found it quiet and was a great getaway. We couldn’t get the TV to work but it was so late, we weren’t worried. The property would be a lot to maintain as the units are 3-stories high. Our balcony was fine, but some of the units outside could use TLC. We enjoyed our night, but didn’t have time to check out pool & hot tub as hwy 400 traffic/accident got us there late.”
