"It was a very nice surprise to see they have enough staff to cater for all the guests. Nowadays many hotels they want to cut expenses on human resources, here they have the amount of people required, therefore everyone was a happy worker and it translated in a happy customer. Please keep the good work and hopefully see u all soon. About the hotel, it is spot on on thr beach, the breakfast room is spacious and with sea views, the swimming pool never felt crowded and the service as already said was superb."

"Beautiful hotel with a historical feel. The room and service were also lovely. Excellent breakfast spread although it may pose problems for gluten free types. I highly recommend it as an interesting alternative to other 4 and 5 star hotels."

"Arriving at the front door of the hotel is not straightforward if you are travelling by car. The brief instructions provided by the hotel after you have booked do not adequately explain what you need to do to park your car and gain access to the hotel. The hotel sits above the underground carpark immediately below the modern but soulless Braga railway station. As you approach the railway station you will encournter a roundabout. Halfway through the roundabout is a sign to the left indicating a parking station "Parking Estatio". Enter this carpark via the descending ramp. Take a ticket at the boom gate. Drive as far as you can through the carpark and you will see a sign "Basic Hotel Private Parking". Buzz reception if the boom gate to this section is down, otherwise drive through and find a spot to park. Unpack your luggage and locate the set of doors with signage "Basic Hotel Entrance". Buzz reception from the intercom on your right. Reception will open the entry door. Use the lift inside to journey to level 0 where reception is located. The tariff board as you entered the carpark indicates that it may cost as much as 8 euro for parking. The hotel has negotiated a 5 euro tariff for parking from 15:00 to 13:00 the next day. Advise reception that you have parked in the underground carpark and you will be charged 5 euro and given a subsitute ticket to use when exiting the carpark."

"Fantástica experiencia. Gimnasio disponible, piscina exterior con muchas tumbonas, desayuno buffet muy completo y el personal muy amable. A 15 minutos caminando del centro. Con parking gratuito, aunque no hay muchas plazas, y parking cubierto por 5€ día. La habitación amplia y bien insonorizada. Sin duda si volvemos a Viana repetiremos."
