I contacted the property management a lot of times, but they kept talking about something else. I have now wasted a lot of time and have VRBO support trying to help because this is against policy. I also couldn't get into the property with tbe code I was given and spent 30 minutes in the hallway with support trying numerous different codes. The property wasn't very clean.”

“Location was great but if I knew about the parking before I booked and how far I had to walk from parking garage and through the garage I would not have booked. Host sent a canva presentation with clear pictures but still confusing. Parking lot is one way in and one way out so it is tricky turning car around. Apartment had horrible animal smell and musty.
