Overall, our stay was good — the neighborhood was great, and we enjoyed the rooftop and garden areas. Getting the keys was fairly easy, and once we figured out the parking pass (with the help of a parking attendant), things went smoothly.That said, there were a few inconveniences that made the stay less than ideal. The parking pass wasn’t very easy to use — it would help to include in the instructions that the photo needs to be bright and clear in order for it to scan properly when entering the garage. We did have to pay for parking the first night since we couldn’t get in at first, which was frustrating.There also weren’t any starter pods for the Keurig, even though the listing said there would be. We weren’t prepared with our own, so that was a bit inconvenient. There were pots, pans, and utensils provided, but if you plan on cooking, be sure to bring nonstick spray or butter — the pans aren’t nonstick.Cleanliness could have been better. It wasn’t terrible, but there were some small details that were missed — false eyelashes left in the shower, old shampoo and makeup in the bathroom drawers, and even a used coffee cup found behind one of the beds. One of the window curtains was also stuck and wouldn’t go up or down.It wasn’t a bad stay overall, but for the price, I would have expected a higher level of cleanliness and better attention to small details. With a few improvements, this could easily be a five-star experience.
