    You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.

    You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check by the property management or the owner as a condition of booking. In the rare case that the background check failed, we reserve the right to deny entry. A full refund will be provided as long as the guest cancels on their end and submits the required information at least 48 hours before the check-in date. Failure to provide the required details within 48 hours of check-in will result in no refund, as we must comply with building regulations.

    You understand that your check-in instructions will be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification process.

    Refusal to complete the check: If the form is not completed, or if requested IDs for additional guests are not provided, no refund will be issued, and access to the property will not be granted.

    《 PETS 》This building does not allow for pets. Please note that evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $600.00 fine charged to guests.

    《 NO PARTIES》 There is a $1,000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests who are partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

    《 TAMPERING WITH SAFETY DEVICES》 There is a smoke and noise detecting device within the suite. For the safety of all guests and the property, tampering with or disabling smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or noise monitoring devices is strictly prohibited. Please note that unplugging, removing batteries, covering, or disabling any safety or monitoring device will result in an immediate $250 fine per incident. These devices are installed in accordance with Airbnb’s safety guidelines and are in place solely to ensure guest safety and maintain neighborhood peace. If you are experiencing issues with any device (e.g., beeping, false alerts), please contact us immediately, and we will assist right away.

    《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》 All guests must be registered for liability purposes. ➤A surcharge of $350.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. We schedule and prepare our cleaners and inventory based on the number of guests in the unit.

    《 SECURITY CAMERA 》 Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units, and the camera must be functional at all times. Please note that removing or disabling any cameras is a violation of the booking

amazing customer service and response time. gorgeous unit with easy access to downtown and uptown Minneapolis. parking can be a little tricky, definitely add parking on when staying here !overall was a great experience and i would repeat .
