Great Rental

This was a great place for our weekend work retreat. The outdoor games and fire pits were perfect for our group. The actual house had plenty of space and all of the kitchen supplies we needed. Highly recommend.

Amazing time!

My family and I had an Amazing time! We loved everything about the house. Evertyhing was well organized. Beautiful lake! The house was warm a counzy. Lovely place for anyone that is looking for a getaway! The host was tremendous and easy to work with. He goes over and beyond for his cguests.

Beautiful Autumn Setting

Clean and well decorated. The outside doesn’t represent what awaits you on the inside. Owner was super attentive to our needs and even brought over a kitchen aid for our chef to use!

Beautiful property exactly as described

We rented out this property for a family reunion and it exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean, the beds were so comfy, and the kitchen fully equipped. They even left us s'mores kits for the fire pit, which was such a nice touch. It had so much space for all our gatherings. The yard was huge with tons of space for the kids to play. I loved that the two balconies connected giving us space to enlarge the outdoor group space by shifting furniture. The lake, however, is very urban with tons of reeds, green foamy growth and very shallow and mucky. It was fun to take out canoes but definitely wouldn't paddle board as I wouldn't want any of that water on me.

60 Year Marriage Celebration.

The property was everything we hoped for to keep a group happy and busy. It was located within easy reach of the activities we needed or wanted to do, and there were more than enough activities to keep us happy while we were on the premises.

Be sure to thoroughly read the description before you book

The stay was pleasant enough with a few items in need of repair (toilet suddenly running at night, kitchen hinges in disrepair, some walls that need patching). Beds were comfy and the units had everything we needed. My concern is with the listing which misrepresented the number of guests for the price. Every guest more than four adds an additional daily charge. Since the listing says sleeps 28 I thought it meant the price was for up to 28 people. And no one can come to visit for more than 30 minutes unless you want to pay the extra per person. Again all listed in the documentation along with the no refund policy. It just took away from our family weekend celebrating our grandson.

Weekend visit with family was a success!

We had great weather to utilize the wonderful outdoor space of this property for coffee on the deck in the morning to cookout and hammerschlagen in the evening. 2 couples with 6 adult children enjoyed having their own bedroom along with ample bathrooms to not feel cramped. Very clean! Had an issue with internet/cable, but the owner responded in a timely manner to rectify the issue.

Work Meeting

My team and I used the house as an opportunity to get away from the office. It was the perfect setting as we were able to make breakfast and host meetings with the provided TV. It was so lovely, the area was beautiful and calm. The house owner was very kind and accommodating. The place was clean and the owner responded quickly to any messages. Would most definitely recommend for a vacation, a work meeting, or any kind of gathering 😊

Sales Team Meeting MN Retreat!

Property was super peaceful with a great layout to host a small Sales Team meeting (7 adults). Relaxing bon fire pit to sit around after dinner was a bonus! My Sales Team said that this was the "best sales meeting experience EVER"! No more hotels & convention centers in the future.

Long time friend reunion with kiddos

We booked this spot to bring together four families from around the country to spend a long weekend together. When driving up to the property the entrance felt a bit ordinary, but don’t let that deter you. There is a gem here behind the front door. This house is in fact a duplex which splits up the group, but this was the best case scenario for us. we had two kitchens, two living rooms and ample adjoined deck space. We were able to have the babies playing on one side while we watch golf on the big TVs on the other side. The properties are mirror images of each other but slightly different in minor ways. Master en suite and two more bedrooms with a shared bath on the top floor. Living / kitchen and walkout to deck on main floor. Basement had another en suite bedroom and adjoining living space. 8 bedrooms and 6 baths in total when you book the whole space. What really made the space was the fire rings and lakes side yard. The kids played on the dock, found turtles, played with dragon flies, and saw plenty of duck and geese families floating about. Canoes, kayaks, SUPs made for welcome distractions for everyone to get out and move without getting in the cars. Frisbee golf, hammocks, and other yard games made this a great place to hang and spend time together. Kitchen was appropriately stocked, but not the most comprehensive we have stayed with. Hardware could use some tightening around the kitchen and bathrooms. Yard was rustics. Appropriately cleaned.

Perfect stay for The Excel

We stayed at this property for a multiple day tournament at the Excel Energy Center. It is a great destination right outside the hustle of downtown. All amenities within close distance of driving; restaurants, grocery, shopping, ect. Great destination for over 10 people and multiple vehicles.

A very great stay.

The house was beautiful, everything had a modern look. The house was very clean upon arrival. There was a great view of the pond out back. We stayed when it was snowing so we didn't get to view that as much but it looked amazing. They had plenty of dishes to use. Laundry detergent was provided for us. Rooms were very spacious. It was a comfortable and great time.
