    Booking Requirements:
    • 30+ Night Stays may require a lease. If the stay will be paid in monthly installments, a lease will be required and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing. If the stay is paid in full at time of booking, no lease is required.
    • Security Deposit: A refundable $2500 security deposit may be required, depending on the length of the reservation.. The deposit is refunded within 5–7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning. Payment (when applicable): ACH (no fee) or credit card (3% processing fee). Lease and security deposit requirements do not apply to Airbnb bookings. By booking, guests agree to this policy.
    • All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
    • All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
    • Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
    • A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
    • Discounts are valid only at checkout, are not retroactive, and cannot be combined with other offers.
    • All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking. Refunds outside of this policy are not guaranteed.
    • Minnestay is not responsible for travel delays or cancellations due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
    • Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

    House Rules:
    • Check in: 4pm; Check out: 11am. Check‑in and check‑out times must be followed unless early/late arrangements are approved and are subject to additional fees.
    • This is a smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed inside the property, on balconies/rooftop decks (Sable), or within 25 feet of the property. Fees will be assessed for smoking inside any part of the property, including common areas (Sable).
    • No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
    • Only homes specifically labeled “Pet Friendly” on the listing permit dogs; all other homes are strictly no-pet properties. Guests must notify the Minnestay team in advance if bringing a dog, and pet fees apply starting at $150. Most Pet Friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog unless otherwise approved. Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties with prior notice; emotional support animals are not considered Service Animals under this policy.
    • This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable).
    • Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
    • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
    • Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
    • Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise. Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment.
    • All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest.
    • Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement.
    • Please do not move or rearrange major furniture (beds, sofas, tables, dressers, etc.). Damage caused by moving furniture may result in additional charges, and any labor required to return items to their original placement may incur a fee.
    • Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the property’s control. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
    • Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds.
    • Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property.
    • Security cameras may be on site, located on the exterior or in the common areas (Sable) of the property.
    • Loss of any physical keys, key fobs(Sable), garage door openers and/or parking passes (Sable) will incur a fee.
    • Fines up to $2000 per violation may be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.

    Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Small and Quiet

We booked as an alternative to a hotel, due to it being Spring Break. Walking distance of great food and breweries. Convenient parking and access to unit. Unit was nice, but the King Bed (one of our musts) is a tight fit. Bed was firm, sheets worn. It worked for us. Not sure if we would return as a full family.

Spotless

The condo was spotless and so clean. I was very impressed! Enough hangers in the closet for both of us. Amazing area with tons of places to eat within walking distance. Right behind the condo is restaurants and a coffee shop. Make sure you try the taco place Fuzzys and Wrecktangled deep dish pizza inside Northloop gallery. Walking distance to TargetField where Minnesota Twins play. Only negative is the bed was too hard for us but would stay there again. Highly recommend.

Does not disappoint

Check-in appeared complicated at first due to the length of the memo yet in the end everything flowed and just took common sense. It was romantic yet swanky! The amenities were very accommodating with a full kitchen plus sitting area! Including a washer and dryer :) I wanted to give 5 stars for cleanliness and accuracy yet there was sticky matter on the remote and what looked like dried vomit 🤢 in the parking ra mp also the amenities were a lot smaller then pictured (lounge and rooftop). Over it was a very nice stay, we would recommend and stay again! Oh and location, location, location!!! ;)

I thought the room was fantastic! Needed more towels and was brought. Check in is difficult to a point. Might be the tech in me, but the gentleman checking in Sunday had a hard time, too. I love the neighborhood, the eateries around, the quietness. But the room needs a dehumidifier, air was getting thick inside. All the niceties of the room are as if someone thought of everything! Love the parking! Oh, so great! Just wish it was marked parking lot not just trash. All in all i would definitely stay again!

Fabulous Location and adorable apt!

This location was within walking distance to so many amazing bars, breweries and restaurants. I highly recommend Freehouse to eat! We ended up having 4 meals there!! The Acme comedy club was a blast too. The property manager was incredibly prompt with any questions too. I

Amazing again!

We stayed in this exact unit a few months ago and were happy to enjoy it again. The kitchen is fully stocked and the attached, covered parking ramp is awesome. The sheets have definitely reached the end of their life and should be replaced, but other than that 10/10.

Perfect for a solo trip or couple

Great experience, no complaints at all. The living area is perfect for a couple, but would not recommend it for more. The property and amenities were above and beyond my expectations.
