Our stay was amazing! Tanya was a super host and made sure our needs were taken care of, her attention to detail was top notch. The house was perfect for our family gathering and we were just a couple of blocks from Macalester College where our daughter was graduating. The kitchen was gorgeous and fully equipped, the decor was beautiful and the beds were very comfy. Thank you Tanya for helping to make our stay so great! We will definitely be returning!

Perfect Place for Visiting Macalester

I stayed here with my teenage son while on a college tour to Macalester. It’s less than a block away from campus so super convenient. Coffee shop right across the street. Communication in advance was friendly and helpful and we appreciated the convenience of an early check in (small fee). The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Upstairs rooms are good sized for teens to have their own space. Beds were very comfortable. Space to park in back was handy, as was being able to do laundry. Very happy with this stay and would highly recommend to anyone going on a Mac tour or visiting a student there. Finally, I appreciated that there are no onerous checkout requirements here (they just ask that you take out the trash and start the dishwasher).

Great Neighborhood in St. Paul

This property was a great place for our family to stay during a trip to St. Paul for a family wedding. The house was just as listed and the hosts were very accommodating, responsive, and nice. The older, quiet neighborhood was great with many local places to visit. We have a larger family, so having one bathroom was a little bit of a challenge; however, the bathroom was remodeled and lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Family visit

What a wonderful place to stay! Close to family and a lovely little home for 2 adults, 1 adult daughter, and our youngest to spend some time. It was walking distance to some wonderful restaurants, a short drive to many wonderful destinations, and also pretty quiet. We had a cozy movie night with pizza from Tono's pizzeria and cheesesteaks that we walked down to for pick-up, followed by Door Dashing some bubble tea for dessert! Thank you so much! We will be returning the next time we visit!

We had a great stay. The neighborhood was quiet and we did not have any issues with anything in the house. It was very welcoming and comfortable. Also, The host was always quick to get back to me with any questions I had. I would recommend staying here.

Amazing place for a family

Our stay was perfect. The house is cozy and well stocked, I loved that everything was labeled to make it easier to cook in an unfamiliar kitchen. It was room for a family of seven, plenty of games for the kids. We had issues with the internet and the owner had the problem solved right away. This is definitely a home I would love to stay at amytime we visit. Thank you for having us and accommodating our early arrival.

Macalester reunion

We chose this home because it was close to Macalester for a reunion and because it looked like a very nice place. The home certainly lived up to out expectations. It was very nicely appointed with a completely equipped kitchen (which saw very little use on this occasion) and nice furniture. The couch was a rarity in that it was a nice big sectional and very comfortable, unlike most furniture in short term rentals. The bed was comfortable with a nice firm mattress with no sags. After being used to a king size, it seemed a bit confining, but no big deal. The house is very well located with most locations in both Minneapolis and St. Paul easily accessible. One of the highlights, if you are a coffee lover, is Roots Roasting right across the street. The best expresso/lattes/cappuccinos we have ever had. Kowalski's grocery store, about a half mile away is excellent.

Great location

Super location if visiting Macalester for any reason. The neighborhood is lovely and extremely walkable. The kitchen well equipped to prepare own meals and not always eat out. Property can sleep quite a few people but glad there was just a fee of us with only one bathroom. Easy parking.

Fantastic Home and Location

If you’re visiting Macalester, this is a great place to stay. The location is a couple blocks from campus, the home was super clean, and the communication was excellent. Highly recommend.
