Gather in my new gourmet kitchen to cook and create meals together! Enjoy, also, a recreation room/den where you can watch movies, sports, play cards and games together! I will welcome your well-behaved dog for a fee, and hope to host you, whether you are a single adventurer, here for work/ business, or a family traveling and exploring beautiful Minnesota!
This house is located just 5 miles from downtown, 4 miles from uptown, 3 miles to Mall of America, and just 10 minutes from the airport.
Just blocks away you will find Southdale Mall, the first original shopping mall in America! Here you will find any kind of store or entertainment, or restaurant your heart desires! Or follow France Avenue further south a few blocks to The Galleria Shops and Restaurants, as well as the unique and beautiful outdoor park built around ponds and a Lake, called Centennial Lakes. In the winter, go ice-skating to classical music, and in the summer, go miniature golfing by the lake, and enjoy outdoor arena concerts and remote mini-sailboat races!
My house is also conveniently located just blocks from Fairview Southdale Hospital and all its specialty facilities. This is a great spot for traveling nurses, doctors, interns and other medical workers., as well as patients in town using facilities.
