Such a fun property for kids! We had a blast here! The kitchen has everything you need and the rooms are very comfortable.

The pool and hot tub were awesome. The hot tub was dirty but the pool guys came for service and kindly cleaned it when we asked them to do so. The floor of the pool area was filthy. The bottoms of our feet were dirty from the floor and the debris that hadn't been swept. My 15 month-old grandson had a cigarette butt stuck to his foot. GROSS! The place, overall, is very "tired". It looks like a cheap flip was done. There are a lot of repairs and maintenance that need to happen. There's mold in the house from the humidity of the pool area; needs better ventilation. And the cleaners need to be better; like vacuum the crap from under the beds! The bedrooms need reading lamps and/or ones that work. The online manager was awesome; super responsive, 10/10. But the house - nope. Even the outside is just sad - I'd hate to be a neighbor. There's missed opportunity here - must be an absentee owner. Definitely not worth the price; you can do a lot better. I hate to leave a review like this but I would want to know if I was the owner or I was looking to rent.

The indoor pool and arcade was a total hit for our group and we spent almost all of our time enjoying those. Several rooms had been renovated but still areas that could use some updates since the home is older and used often. Communication with the owner was wonderful. Very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process!

We were very disappointed in our stay. The good part was the pool area and our kids and grandkids enjoyed it a lot. When it came to the home, it is VERY outdated, the pictures online do not show this. We had talked to another family who had gone there a couple weeks before us and they had the same opinion. If we had talked to them before our stay we probably would have cancelled. In addition to being outdated, except for the indoor pool, this home is not worth the big ask price. The towels and linens are old and there was just nothing in the home that was very welcoming. This is my first VRBO experience where the pictures and hype did not meet my expectations.

With adult children it can be difficult to get everyone together - but a long weekend that included an indoor pool was just the thing! It was below zero and snowing one of the days and everyone was either comfortably in the pool or the hot tub. The pool area had a lot of space for just lounging or enjoying meals together as well. We spent most of our time there. There are five bathrooms, including a shower room in the pool area; two of the bedrooms had their own private bathrooms which the old people and our pregnant daughter appreciated. Having a kitchen on the lower level was also handy for warming things up to enjoy by the pool. My sons played on a couple of the arcade games and enjoyed it - but mostly spent time by the pool. We watched sports on the big screen TVs by the pool. Beds were comfortable. Internet worked fine. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. My children are already asking about our coming there again.

Great place to gather with family to celebrate the New Year! Pool area was so great for our family to play games, swim or sit in the hot tub and watch the two big TV’s. We even spotted some deer on the golf course. Dual kitchens and living rooms were an added bonus with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all 11 of us. We’d definitely recommend this place and would look forward to going back.

Great location, awesome for kids. Electrical needs updating; some of the rooms had hanging electrical cords and there were a few outlets without covers. Overall, great experience kept everyone well engaged and comfortable. 6 bedrooms with well comfy beds! Excellent neighborhood.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this home. It was spacious and had many places to just get away for working or just getting in some downtime. Everything was in working order and comfortable and I was especially impressed with all the updates to the bathrooms and flooring. Having an indoor pool allowed us to plan our days better whether rain or shine. The convenience of a short drive to the downtown and river front was also a plus. And lastly, the manager of the property was beyond responsive. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a response through the whole process before and during our stay.

Fantastic amenities for a group

We had a great time, and were pleased with the responsiveness and flexibility with our needs for the stay. The pool, hot tub, and arcade are the showstopper parts of the stay, but it was also easy to find a quiet space for yourself or with a few others as well. This was a really nice stay.

Family staycation

Our family of 8 including grandparents, adult kids, and grandchildren had a wonderful time at this property. We all live in the twin cities and suburbs and decided to rent this property which was only a short drive for all of us. The property was just as described as shown in the VRBO posting so there were no surprises. Video games and the pool kept everyone entertained the whole time. Nice peaceful location on the golf course great for a walk. Communications with our host was great. Place was very clean. Family is already talking about returning next year. Thanks for a successful family vacation!

Perfect Little Getaway

We stayed a couple nights over spring break and had a blast. There was plenty of space to accommodate our group of 10 and plenty to do. The property owner and staff were very responsive and went above and beyond to provide an outstanding experience.

Spring Break

Family stayed for a few days over spring break. Quiet neighborhood and nice small town feel yet close to the city to take advantage of all the things to do in Minneapolis. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Easy check in/out and property manager was very responsive.

This is the place!

Stayed here for a short get away with our four sons ages 7-15. The indoor pool, hot tub, pool tables and arcade games entertained us all! The pool room is an amazing space to hang out in! Just a short distance for us go visit Mall of America and Afton Alps ski resort. It was such a fantastic find for our family!

Family Time

Great space to span the ages. Of course the indoor pool was the biggest hit. We appreciated the kitchen area as well as the different gathering spaces. A couple of parks close by for the little ones. Made fun memories!

Great Spot for Family Vacation

My family and I spent a week enjoying all this house had to offer plus the close proximity to the Twin Cities. The big attraction was the indoor pool and it did not disappoint. My kids swam for hours each day and thoroughly enjoyed the diving board, pool toys, and hot tub. The arcade games were an added bonus as well as we played through a handful when taking breaks from the water. Each bedroom and living space had a TV and there were even a couple in the pool area as well to enjoy a movie or listen to music while swimming. It’s only a 30 minute drive to the Mall of America so we were able to easily make a couple trips to take advantage of the amusement park, aquarium, and shopping. We needed to reach out to Tom for assistance a handful of times during our stay but he was very quick to respond and help. Thanks for sharing this home with our family! It was a vacation we won’t forget!

Family get together.

Property managers were excellent and very responsive and helpful. The pool and arcade were definitely the highlight of our get away. Kitchen is nice with lots of countertop space. Pool was very warm and cozy for all ages with lots of pool toys available.
