“The property is very nice. The room was comfortable but there were two things that made it less than ideal: the WiFi was very slow and there was no way to cool down the room. The air conditioner was not plugged in and there was a note on the thermostat saying the temperature could not be lowered. If the cooling system were useful and the WiFi were improved this would be a five-star property.”

“This was a very interesting experience for my wife and I. We arrived late, 6:30 pm after staff had left for the day, but had been provided codes to access the property. We found ourselves alone in the building and tried a couple of rooms before finding ours, as we were not given a room number. The room was spacious, bright and clean. “This is a beautiful location. We stayed in one of the Suites and while i give a 5/5 for cleanliness and the overall grounds I have to say I was disappointed by a few things. We were on a bottom floor suite with people above us who lef their dog in the room early in the morning and it howled and howled waking us up. While this isn't a hotel issue i did text asking if the owners could be contacted to come back and get their dog. At the same time I asked if it was possible to get some extra towels....
