"Relajante y exclusivo con impresionantes vistas simplemente" perfectamente describe este lugar de vacaciones recientemente renovado! Situado en el Harbour Point, Sandestin, esta propiedad ofrece unas vistas inigualables de la bahía de Choctawhatchee y el campo de golf Links. Tendrá todo - la bahía, el campo de golf, la playa, y una hermosa piscina! No hay necesidad de buscar más y se puede obtener por el complejo en su propio carrito de golf de 4 asientos.

Recientemente decorado con un mobiliario elegante en estilo de Florida costera con los nuevos pisos de madera y tejas, esta propiedad es espacioso y cómodo para cuatro a seis personas. La habitación familiar ofrece grandes disposición de los asientos, televisor de pantalla plana y puertas correderas de cristal a la terraza exterior. Sólo tienen un asiento en el interior o en el exterior y disfrutar del sol y la belleza natural de Sandestin!

Nuestra amplia cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar comidas para sus invitados con facilidad. Gran espacio en el mostrador en los mostradores de granito. Hay una zona de comedor con capacidad para cuatro personas y asientos barra adicional para dos. Para el experto de barbacoa en el grupo, hay una parrilla y muebles de jardín en la cubierta. Nuestro dormitorio bien equipado permite el acceso a una terraza exterior más pequeño, y cuenta con una cama con ropa de cama de lujo, un televisor de pantalla plana, y un gran armario. El baño principal contiguo ofrece una gran ducha. Nuestra habitación de invitados está amueblado con dos camas individuales, una televisión de pantalla plana, y un armario de invitados. Hay un baño de visitas completo con bañera y ducha.

This was the perfect condonfornourngirlsnweejend getaway. Had everything we needed, wonderful location, and the golf cart was the perfect way to get around! This is the CLEANEST property I have ever stayed at! Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time staying at this spot! Very clean and up to date, with a great view of the bay. We had a front row seat for the fireworks across the bay! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was in a great location. Unfortunately, it did not smell good in the house at all. It smelled like the carpets were wet (they weren't) and although it was clean, it didn't feel clean because of the smell. Highly recommend the area, and also the condo if the smell was corrected.

We really enjoyed the property. The location was very convenient, and the setting was beautiful. It was great having water and marina views. The golf cart was fun and convenient. The only downside to the property was the showers needed updating. A glass door would have been nice, along with updated faucet handles. The one in the master bath was hard to turn on. Also, the carpeting wasn’t awful but could use an update. Lastly, this might sound petty but posed a problem a couple of times...there were no baking sheets. We needed one on two occasions and couldn’t find one anywhere. These are all just friendly suggestions. We all really loved staying there and would stay again! It was a very comfortable and fun place to stay!

This was a very nice property to stay at. The grounds and neighborhood was beautiful as well. The stores and restaurants in the area are very busy but other than that, no complaints.

The property is extremely well located... it sits on the golf course, has views of the ocean and the Baytowne Marina, and just a short walk to one of the community pools. The beach area and the Baytowne restaurants and shopping are also just a short golf cart ride away. Although the interior is a little dated (carpet in the bedrooms) it is an excellent getaway. We enjoyed our time here very much.

We loved our stay ! We did not even turn on the tv with the views we had. The access to the beach / pool / shops was wonderful, and enjoyed traveling by the golf cart . We will be coming back.

We've stayed on this stretch of Harbour Point for 5 of the last 6 years. We come back to this stretch for the view and access to walk down to the 14th green and fish or watch the sunset. If you are up for the sunrise, it is spectacular here as well. The golf cart in this unit is great. For us, the golf cart is a must. This condo just needs a few things to be fantastic. This list is for the owners to make this a 5-star destination for years to come. 1. The washing machine must be fixed! The spin cycle is so loud you cannot have a conversation anywhere in the condo and the floor vibrates. I can't imagine how much this must bother the people in the condo below! 2. The sliding door handle screws kept coming out. That's too easy to fix but a terrible inconvenience to your guests. 3. It is time to update the showers. The great granite countertops and beautiful kitchen are shown in pictures but the showers are not shown. We were very disappointed to see the showers were not updated with the rest of the unit. Especially during the COVID time, no one wants a shower kit with a plastic shower curtain touching them in the shower. We actually went and purchased a new curtain and replaced the one that was there. 4. Your guests need faster wifi. With so many of us needing to work remotely, this is a necessity. This is made even worse as the cell reception is a bit spotty in the area (not your fault). Hopefully an inexpensive router will solve the problem. 5. A beach condo should not have carpet. A nice vinyl plank would be perfect and inexpensive. There are so many great things about the condos on this stretch. So, if the specific items mentioned above are addressed, or you just don't care, I would highly recommend the unit.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. As an end unit, it was more quiet than most with a beautiful view! The golf cart was very nice, although it wouldn’t charge. We would recommend this property to others for sure.

From looking at all the pictures on the web site, I assumed the condo to be on the first floor. Also, it didn't state that this was a second floor walkup. We were a group of four seniors and one gentleman has Parkinsons, therefore very unsteady on his feet. The description also stated - newly remodeled. One bath with large shower and the other with a tub shower.....both simply had tub showers! I was very concerned for my friend. Please consider editing the description to include that the condo is on the second floor and the shower/tubs have not been updated as stated. Would we return? No.

We loved this condo! There was plenty of room for our children and the golf cart is a plus! Seriously, I could not imagine getting around the resort without a golf cart. It was so convenient!! We drove the golf cart to the beach, the grocery store, and several restaurants. Overall, this condo was great, and very clean. I would recommend.

Beautiful unit, with a fantastic view. The unit was very clean, and the rental company, Russell Vacations was excellent. We really enjoyed the golf cart and would absolutely stay in the unit again. One recc. for the owner, would be to add additional wine glasses. There was only 1 in the unit.
