  • Escape to the Beach Retreat and to one of the most beautiful beaches around. Awesome, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from this professionally decorated luxury condo.
    NO steps, NO elevator waits, it's out the door of this first floor unit and over to the beach via Beach Retreat's private access. After enjoying the beach, relax at the 3000 square foot heated pool. The pool area includes a whirlpool, sundeck and picnic area with tropical landscape.

    Return to the condo and enjoy the beautiful sunset from the lounge chairs on our oversized patio, accessible through the 8 ft. sliding glass doors in both the living room and master bedroom, all facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

    Cook dinner in our new newly done kitchen- new granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances- or just enjoy drinks on the bar stools with great views of the Gulf.

    After dinner relax while viewing your favorite movie on a 55' LED Flat Screen TV with surround sound. Condo has a total of 4 Flat Screen TVs .

    Vacation with all the comforts and amenities of home. The Beach Retreat is a short distance from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Big Kahauna Water Park and the Destin Marina. Wonderful Stay

Amazing beach view, comfy beds, and accomidating. Enjoyed a week at the beach while cooking most meals in the equipped kitchen. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable.

Great Spot

We enjoyed our stay here! We have been coming to Miramar Beach for 8 years now and this was our first time staying in a condo with a Gulf view, it was wonderful! The unit had enough space and was much quieter than expected. We really loved our stay here.

Wonderful beach trip!

My family and I ( 2 adults and two kids) stayed for a week at the Beach Retreat. We were comfortable and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach! The condo was well outfitted w/ a full kitchen, washer/dryer, plenty of televisions, and a patio area outside!

This condo is very family friendly & wonderful! We’ve stayed here twice now, and both times we have had a great time! The condo is spacious with two full bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room hangout area. The beach access is literally just steps away…turquoise water views can be enjoyed from patio or even the kitchen, living room, or master bedroom!!

Amazing Location

Proximity to the beach was amazing. First floor was great for kids and pets. Condo was clean and owner was easy to get ahold of with any concerns or questions. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Fantastic view

The view!!! The moment you walk in the door you can see the ocean! We would stay here again for the view alone. The location is perfect and the pool is top notch. Being on the first floor and it being on one level is perfect when you have young kids. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. We will for sure be back!

Great Condo

Probably one of the nicer rentals I’ve stayed in recently. Newly decorated-very clean. Owner is very accessible and easy to deal with. The views of the beach and water from the condo are awesome. The building has its own beach with beach service set up daily which was very convenient. We’ll definitely be back.

Great Stay at Miramar Beach

Absolutely loved condo location, directly across street from the beach. Al, the owner, was very responsive to a couple of small issues. They were fixed immediately. The condo was clean and very quiet. We highly recommend!

Great view

Great condo. Only complaint would be that the thermostat wouldn’t allow us to lower the temp below 70. That was fine for the day time hours, but night got a little toasty and definitely affected sleep quality. Otherwise great stay.

Fantastic accommodations! We will be back!

Had an amazing experience in Destin. This place is immaculate and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the process and pricing. Tremendous value and if I could give 10 stars I surely would!! The landlord was easy to work with, clear instructions and the unit was well furnished, very clean and spectacularly appointed. It was everything we were looking for to dig our feet in the sand and sit back to relax at the beach. Thank you thank you!!

The room was not clean when we arrived. It looked okay until we pulled back the bunk sheets and they were dirty. A dustpan was resting on top of the table placemats in the pantry. We had to wash the sheets before turning in for bed. I mentioned it to the property manager but nothing was said. Next morning we grabbed a bowl to make scrambled eggs and it was dirty so had to hand wash first. The pet area to “do their business“ was very small. My dog refused to go there.
