Golf Trip

Our daughter and her college golf team played in the Golfweek tournament. We loved the gorgeous view of the course and the location and the golf carts. Also had high end appliances, Ninja blender, grill, Kurig and much more. Enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!

Anniversary Trip

Everything was perfect ! Very covenient location and the golf carts made having cars almost unnecessary Condo was also perfect for 3 couples with 3 little ones with the separate bathrooms. Lots of beach / pool items were also appreciated!

Wonderful Stay! Convenient for everyone.

Overall we had a wonderful time. The layout of the home is perfect for larger families with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The main living space is beautiful with windows all around. Convenient location with beach, pool and marketplace access. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. We did have a few concerns with the cleaning process and things that were left behind but not enough to ruin our stay. We had a great time and would like to return in the future!

PERFECT FOR FAMILY VACATION

We found this property to be exactly as it was advertised. The location is perfect for going to the beach, playing golf, shopping or simply relaxing and enjoying the scenery out on the balcony. Having 2 golf carts was perfect! Plenty of "beach gear" in the garage if needed. Everyone we dealt with were very polite and helpful. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Golf carts are much needed in this area and you get the perk of having two of them. I could easily make a case of never having to get in your car once you arrive. Pleased with the experience

Our adult family of five stayed at the condo for a week. The condo and location were great. Had a great experience and the property was exactly as it was posted. The only negative is that we were unable to access the golf carts for the first three days due to maintenance taking a few days to get the garage door open. I would return. Things like this are going to happen.

Girls Trip

First time staying in Sandestin and we absolutely loved it. Parked our car and was able to access so many amenities from the golf carts that were provided with our rental. The property had a great layout and was exactly as pictured. Our party of 6 was easily accommodated and would have still been fine if we had a couple more. Upon arrival we could not get the garage door open and the management company had someone right over to fix. This home would also be great for family’s being close to one of the many pools, Baytown Wharf , and the beach. I would highly recommend. Mary H.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was was extremely clean and well cared for/maintained. We had plenty of room for the seven of us to sleep. The condo allowed enough space for us to have some privacy as well. We loved having the two golf carts and the garage to keep all the sandy stuff out of the house. The location is very close to the Villages of Baytowne Wharf which was great! We went during July 4th and the back porch had an amazing view of the fireworks display. There was no need to be in the crowd at the Villages to see it. We really enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely come back!

Lake house

Condo was very nice but needs some special attention to first impressions, house was comfy but issues with cleanliness of carpets, blinds, dishes, outside balconies and stairs and pressure washing of windows and and house. Very dissatisfied with dead tree limbs and broken glass on property that should of been addressed right away and was still there when we left. Cleanliness of garage also needs to be done after a quest leaves each time. Management never returned my call I left on first day and they responded to a text on day before I left to take care of problems. I felt for the amount of money I spent in all the fees it should of been in top shape and no issues. Needed to report.

Lack of communication and knowledge of property

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home and amenities were perfect. Day two, we couldn't get into the garage to get our beach gear or utilize the golf carts. We were able to contact VH and the rep gave info to troubleshoot which we had already done such as change batteries, wait, etc. The agent then started to advise different options to get into the garage including using a side door that didn't exist. The handle was broken off of the garage door so I assume that this was not a first instance. Between text and phone calls, we were only told that a ticket had been placed for maintenance and no ETA. The following morning, we had an excursion planned and could not get to our beach stuff. We called and had text for updates and did not hear back. We forfeited our excursion. Between 10 and 11am, we saw the garage door open. Maintenance was there and nobody had informed us. Maintenance then said that the golf carts trip the breakers and showed me where the breaker box was which had to be utilized every time that the door would need to open. Following my stay, Vacation Haven asked for a review to which I stated that I never heard from anyone regarding my concerns. I was advised to send a text back and that management reviews. Eight days later, I still have not heard back so I wrote this review. VERY disappointing service and knowledge of their properties that they manage.

Great Location/Lower Quality

This place has a nice location, great use of two golf carts, but the cleanliness was lacking in a few areas. Interior not as updated as the pictures portray, appliances were not the best but overall it was nice stay.

Best week in a very long time!!!!

Been going to Gulf Shores and Orange beach for last 5 years. We needed a change of scenery. We absolutely loved every aspect of the Sandestin property. So thankful the Turnberry Villas had 2 golf carts for our large group. Golf carts are a must to carry your crew and all your gear. We will be back for Labor Day

My family loved this condo

Great location with plenty to do at Baytown Wharf. Private pool area was very nice and never very crowded. Golf carts where very nice and in good working order. It would have been nice to have garage door openers on the golf carts. Would definitely recommend staying here

Great place to stay in Baytowne

Very nice three bedroom condo with great view right on a lake. Two carts come in handy with larger groups. If you are into TV’s this place is a must. There are 4 TV’s total and the living room has a 85 inch screen. Perfect for movie night. Place was also very quiet and parking is right next to the not.

Summer Vacation

Our overall stay was good, however, I don't think the condo was as clean as it should have been when we arrived. In my opinion, it needs a good deep cleaning. We were supposed to have 2 golf carts, but one had to be taken to the shop for repair. We did get a refund for the golf cart, which was very nice. Overall, I would give it a 6 out of 10.
