Welcome to "Gulf Getaway at Ravens Run", an exceptional home featuring a bright, open layout and beautiful views of the renowned Raven Golf Course in Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort.

The main-level living room features soaring two-story vaulted ceilings and expansive windows that fill the space with natural light while showcasing the surrounding landscaping and golf course views.

The impressive chef-style kitchen is truly a guest's dream. It features dishwasher drawers, a built-in ice maker, a high-end refrigerator, Keurig Duo, and a dedicated beverage center complete with a wine refrigerator and refrigerated drink drawers. Comfortable Pottery Barn barstools and a large dining table provide plenty of space for casual family meals and entertaining.

The kitchen opens to a charming front porch with additional seating, while the living room connects to a fabulous outdoor entertaining area. The "Gulf Getaway at Ravens Run" back deck features comfortable seating and leads to a spacious paver patio with an outdoor dining table, conversation seating, and a premium Wilmington grill—all overlooking the Raven Golf Course. This peaceful outdoor retreat is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, family meals, or enjoying the sunset as golfers pass by.

Also located on the main level is the master king suite. Its private bathroom features a tile shower with bench seating, a separate water closet, and a large walk-in closet with a desk and chair that can also serve as a convenient workspace. The master suite also offers a private door with direct access to the back deck. Down the hall, guests will find a second bedroom with a king bed and private access to the front porch. A nearby guest bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Upstairs a private guest suite with two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub-and-shower combination. This spacious retreat is ideal for teenagers, children, or guests who prefer additional privacy. The room also includes a dedicated mini-split air-conditioning system for added comfort.

A sleeper sofa in the living room is available upon request for additional guest accommodations. "Gulf Getaway at Ravens Run" also offers high-speed fiber internet, smart televisions in each bedroom and the living room, and ceiling fans throughout—thoughtful comforts that many guests appreciate while relaxing and staying connected.

For added convenience, two six-seat golf carts are provided for guest use, making it easy to explore the resort, head to the beach, visit The Village of Baytowne Wharf, or enjoy the shopping and dining options at Grand Boulevard.

Sandestin Beach Access Update – Effective May 1, 2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort® has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort's beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.

Sandestin® Resort is an amazing vacation spot! Its family friendly atmosphere will keep you coming back for years. Baytowne Wharf is a beautiful pedestrian outdoor plaza with retail stores and restaurants overlooking the bay. For child friendly fun visit the Baytowne BlastArcade & Laser Maze or head to the Baytowne Adventure Zone to zip across the lagoon on the Baytowne Zipline or try your skills on the Sky Trail Ropes aerial obstacle course. If they still haven't had enough fun, the Tower Climb and Eurobungy are attractions sure to thrill them. Smaller children will be delighted to explore the Baytowne Adventure Landing Playground. Relax while the kids play on this imaginative nautical themed playground with slides and towers galore. This is a large enclosed fenced area, where kids can climb, swing, run and play to their hearts content.

Sandestin® has many other exciting things to offer. Take a trip to the Marina and eat lunch on the water while watching the Yachts and Sailboats explore the bay.
