Condominio de lujo con vista al golfo de 4 habitaciones, Leeward Key, Destin, Florida

Fabulosa vista al golfo con acceso a la playa inmediatamente al otro lado de la calle. El complejo Leeward Key cuenta con 2 piscinas privadas. Hay una gran piscina en la parte trasera del complejo con instalaciones de parrilla de gas y carbón. Excelente área familiar! Al otro lado de la calle hay una piscina privada climatizada junto a la playa con baños. Salga de la piscina a las playas de arena blanca en las hermosas costas de color esmeralda. Gimnasio en el lugar y carritos de equipaje para uso de los huéspedes.

Para no fumadores (esto incluye balcones y áreas de piscina), no mascotas, más de 1800 pies cuadrados más un balcón de 300 pies cuadrados y decorado profesionalmente para mayor comodidad con una fabulosa vista del golfo desde la sala de estar, tanto Master suites como balcón.

Condominio de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños con cocina remodelada (finalización en noviembre de 2014) con encimeras de granito. Todos los baños remodelados en enero de 2015. Suelos de baldosas en todas las salas de estar con alfombra nueva en todas las habitaciones en diciembre de 2015. Amplio y abierto comedor y sala de estar con 6 sillas en la mesa y 4 taburetes, además de sillas de comedor adicionales. Ventiladores de techo y televisores de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y todas las habitaciones. 2 Master suites tienen camas extra grandes y vistas al golfo. 3er dormitorio tiene cama queen size con baño adjunto. El cuarto dormitorio tiene 1 juego de literas gemelas y 1 juego de camas gemelas sobre literas completas (entrega en octubre de 2014).

A una corta distancia a pie de Pampano Joe's (3-5: 00 Happy Hour), las excelentes cenas del capitán Dave y la cocina cajún de Kenny D.

Destin, conocido durante mucho tiempo como "El pueblo pesquero más afortunado del mundo", también cuenta con el centro comercial de tiendas de diseño más grande del país, spas de día de clase mundial y es un reconocido destino de golf. Perfect distance to the beach

The property was very clean, even though they were going through some maintenance upgrades. The construction staff was very courteous. We liked the location of this unit because it was close to both the beach and local restaurants. Everything was within walking distance.

Love this place!

Everything we could ask for

The property was outstanding! There was ample space for our entire family: six adults, to children, and one toddler. Beautiful view of the area and beach. Sunset views were outstanding! Easy access to the beach and neighboring restaurants. Despite some technical issues, the owners and property manager were quick to respond and make amends. We plan to stay here again!

Beautiful beaches and close to reataurants

We loved the condo. Plenty of space and had great starters of laundry soap, dish soap etc. They thought of everything to may the stay enjoyable! The beaches are the best we’ve been to in the U.S. Soft sand and clean! We will be back!

Great location for a beach stay!

There really couldn’t be a better location…beach & pool access were very convenient. There were 2 beach chairs & umbrella setup for the unit by the beach service ready each day. Sunsets on the balcony can’t be beat!Unit was well furnished and had all the basics covered.

Great condo!!

We had a fabulous stay! Condo was well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beach service included with condo. There were several nice beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys. Large balcony with lots of seating. Will definitely stay here again!

A great condo

This condo was perfect for our group of 10. It was clean, had everything you could need, and was close to everything. The walk across the street was easy access to the pool and beach. Sheila was great to work with and was flexible with checkin time since we were arriving early that day. I highly recommend this great spot!

Fall Break

This is our second time staying at this condo in Leeward Key. Both times have been wonderful. The condo has a great layout with plenty of room for extended family, well stocked kitchen appliances, awesome location to restaurants, and direct beach access. The beach chairs were a great addition!! We will be back for our third trip very soon!

Great vacation cut short

We had a great time. This place has everything you need. It was too bad we had to leave a couple of days early due to hurricane coming from the gulf. No complaints everyone still had a blast.

Almost perfect

Except for the bunk room were all the mattresses there were horrible to sleep on and one of the boxsping was unbearably noisy that made us end up buying and sleeping on air mattresses instead those mattresses everything else was good. Pretty place, great location, quiet, kitchen full equipped. I also give them 4 stars for cleaning because one of the showers curtains was dirty and the dishwasher was full of dishes that we had to wash because they looked dirty and then empty the entire dishwasher so we can use it.

Incredible!

The property was beautifully decorated, organized, and clean! It had everything we needed! It was the most beautiful view and so close to the beach! The beach was clean and not over populated! It’s the perfect spot! The pools were also very clean and nice! We did hit a small bump in our vacation plans first day, and even though it was no one’s fault, the host was VERY accommodating!! We also had a minor inconvenience during our stay to which AGAIN the host was quick to accommodate! Host was extremely kind as well and went above and beyond to help us! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Very nice condo

This condo was amazing. It was well stocked with beach supplies so don’t worry about packing any beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked which made it really nice. The owner was very personable and was there to answer any questions you might have. I will definitely be staying at this property again.

Beautiful condo across the street from the ocean. Two pools were a great amenity. The condo had everything we needed. Five adults and 3 kids under 3 and we had plenty of space!! A 10 out of 10!

Great Family Vacation

This property is amazing! The pictures and unit description are accurate, and this was the best equipped property we've ever rented. The host seemed to think of everything that a family might need. The location is convenient and very walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores. The view from the balcony is beautiful, and the beach access is very close. The beds were really comfortable, and the common area is spacious. I highly recommend this unit.

Family Fall Break

Very nice condo. 4 bedrooms fit the 8 of us with plenty of room. The balcony allowed for beautiful sunsets. Kitchen items well stocked with everything you would need to cook meals, coffee, etc. Easy access to the beach, right across the street and down the stairs, beach chairs and umbrella service was a wonderful surprise. Parking was no problem and plenty of luggage carts to help load and unload for the week. Negatives: floors were painted the week we were there with less than 48 hour notice, notified after we had checked in. We had to be out of the condo for 5 hours, middle of the day. This was hard with young kids and an older grandmother in the heat, during lunch and nap time. The smell afterwards was horrid. Not the owners fault but huge inconvenience. HOA should have done this during the off season, not during fall break week.

Perfect Beach Stay!

Overall, the condo was clean and had plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids! The balcony was so nice with an ocean view and all of the night life you could see at night! Several restaurants within walking distance too! If I could say one helpful thing, don't forget to print your parking passes! That was a little headache when we got there but the manager was easy to get in touch with and was very helpful in getting us our passes the next morning being that we got there very late!
