Nice place and location…

Just need a work on cleaning up the place the floor was sticky and dirty when we got there and so as table and bathroom.. parking can be crazy as well they should put sign outside if who can park or where coz people just park wherever they see that it’s empty spot even tho it’s not there house number. but over all good location nice area, place is what exactly you see in pictures and it’s peaceful.

Great vacation

The property has a great location, the beach and pool are pretty close, outside of the resort has restaurant, stores and water park, it has a great location the house is spacious, the beds are not so comfortable and the house was dirty (floors), the clothes dryer is working but it takes a lot to dry even small groups of clothes , other than that the house was amazing and as a recommendation a golf cart is a must have! I will definitely recommend the house and come back on future vacations

Clean and nice.

Property was in a great location. It’s a gated community on the golf course. Patio is nice, and can walk to the pond in a few steps. Tvs in every room and AC worked great. Beds were old and kind of “V” in the middle. Biggest downfall is there is nothing in the property. For example, trash bags, paper towels, counter cleaner, salt and pepper. Some staples that were missed. Overall great experience. The last night had some really noisy neighbors but I think that can happen anywhere. Very good place for families.

Beautiful property

The pictures online don't give this house justice. It's spacious (sleeps 11 comfortably; 4 of which would be on the dbl bunk beds), has a beautiful view of the water fountain lake/pond and was very clean upon our arrival. There were very few cons to our stay, some notes include: the toilet paper holder upstairs was broken and off the wall; there was one downstairs that looked like it could come off at any moment; the dryer SUCKS (but we managed by letting some stuff dry on the patio); and this isn't the property owner's fault but the tram system wasn't as great as we were hoping to get around the resort. (Please note that the tram doesn't always take the same route. We had to walk quite a ways one night bc the tram wouldn't drop us off near our normal tram stop. And although they say 15 to 30 minute wait times, we had to wait about 40 or so minutes the first time we used it, ended up ubering the times we didn't have the kids with us, and if you go to the Village of Wharf to watch fireworks, my advice is to watch them from the tram pickup line bc the line was LONG and took about an hour to get through it.) We found a beach to walk to which made our stay so much better. (about a 15 min walk) Overall, we really did enjoy our stay. The property manager is very nice, they were prompt about getting us propane for the grill and my husband left his engraved cross necklace at the property and they are mailing it back to us. We'd definitely stay here again, just next time we will bring our own car. 😉

Overall, very nice experience. The townhouse is very clean with lots of room. The one negative is that there was not very much information given to us regarding the greater Resort. For example, there was no info on the shuttle. We just had to figure it out. Overall, a good experience!

Good location

Property is well located with a short bike ride to beach access. Due to Covid (I assume) the pool has no chairs on deck which was disappointing. Property has all the basics in the kitchen to cook a simple meal. Hearing the fountain outside on the pond was nice and we enjoyed watching the water birds while sitting in the deck. However, property needs a good bit of maintenance due to age. The gate is crumbling. Main bedroom has ceiling damage from water. Mold on air vents in the main bath. And the HVAC needs a tune up. Dryer would not dry beach towels. I only give the cleanliness an average rating. Main bedroom needs a new bed as it was extremely uncomfortable and as we were leaving and looking for a shoe under the bed we realized a slat was broken on the frame. To be fair we did not ask the managers to fix any of this because our stay was so short and it was a holiday weekend. Even with all of that the property is nicely located and quiet. We would stay again if the price were right.

Not enough parking

Overall the place is great! But the only issue we had was parking. On the property several units have golf carts and they take up parking spots. I had 2 vehicles with me and had a hard time finding parking. Often times we had to park several units down because of golf carts. If there was a separate place for golf carts to park like separate parking pads for the carts I don’t believe there would have been a problem. Because we had to park in someone else’s unit this created a domino effect making those tenants have to find somewhere to park. My wife was approached by a angry tennant one morning over parking. We also had the same issue when using the beach access, golf carts are taking up spaces for regular vehicles.
