Hands down one of the best stays we’ve had! The home was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with great amenities. The golf cart was a huge highlight and made our trip so much more enjoyable and easy. Everything about the stay felt effortless. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Incredible stay!

Absolutely loved staying in this house! Beautifully updated, the home was exactly as listed. Very easy check in and had everything we could need! The property manager was quick to answer all questions! We have been coming to this community for 20 years and this is one of our most favorite homes we have stayed in. We will be booking with them again!

Great Resort Area

The wife and I stayed at this AMAZING house. It was by far the cleanest and nicest place that we stayed at during our Florida vacation! Golf cart was great to go to the beach with and the bar and grills on the property!

2nd time we stayed in this house . Everything was clean both times bedding very comfortable . Golf cart just makes it so much easier to get to beach.

Lovely Home, Just as advertised

Gorgeous and clean. Love the layout of this home. Decorated very nicely with a very peaceful and tranquil vibe. The golf cart was amazing. It was great to not have to rent a car to get to everything we needed.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as described. We had a small issue but they resolved it immediately. Golf cart was wonderful to use back and forth. Would definitely recommend this place to others! Thank you!

Our first time in area but never expected to have such an amazing experience. The amenities and location were above average as was the home. Having the golf cart and access to beach was such a plus. Highly recommend!!

Very nice place! Our new favorite in Sandestin! Great location and the 6 seat golf cart is a win win as our Daughter and Family visited and we could all go places together. Has all the home away from home amenities needed to cook yummy seafood! Donna was wonderful to communicate with for check in and during our stay she was so kind! The white sand beach and everything the area has to offer is pure relaxation! Can’t wait till next year!! Oh did I mention the beautiful sunsets🌅

Beautiful with a perfect location!

Our total experience from booking the property to arriving with my family exceeded our expectations! The home was very well-kept and very clean! Beautifully decorated with an updated feel! You won't be disappointed! Also, the golf cart is very well-kept and a nice touch to our vacation experience! We will miss the morning and evening golf cart rides around the property the most! The perfect piece of paradise with both a beach and bayside feel!

Clean and convenient

Came in for my nephew's wedding at the Hilton and the location was the best. Used the golf cart to drive over to the wedding and to explore the property. House was clean and had everything we needed. Initially had a problem with the door code but a quick phone call solved the problem. Would highly recommend and would stay here in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Augusta is a nice quiet place to stay! 3 bedrooms is a plus for us to have family visit during their spring break! Love having the big golf cart to go to the beach, restaurants and store. The new pool is very close and heated. Communication from Modern Beach Vacation Rentals is just always a text away and they check in with you during your stay also! Thank you to them for making the check in and out very easy and thank you to the owners for sharing their property with us these past two years.

Great location to relax

Couple hiccups when we arrived but the management company made everything right. Remodel was done well and each room was spacious for our family. Wasn’t listed but the host provided a wide range of beach necessities to take to the beach. Looking forward to rebooking in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was very clean with all the amenities you'd expect. Golf cart was great and in good working order. We loved our stay in San Destin. Very easy access to the beach, groceries and lots of fun in the San Destin community. Staying in San Destin with a golf cart adds to the vacation experience! Property manager was very quick to respond via text message. Only thing we'd change was a bigger sliding door in master bathroom to fully block the view and to make sure the fridge was cool when we arrived as we stopped to get groceries on the way.

roaches and funky smell

Property was beautiful, but had roaches. also had a wet, moldy smell in the master closet. We entered on Friday at 4 pm got dressed went to beach. came back and slept. Saturday morning left around 5:45 am came back around 10 cooked had dinner, left , came back there were roaches in the kitchen, on the stove. after that we stated to notice them every where. I contacted the company on Sunday via text message. they offered to bring cans of bug spray out. I declined due to grand daughter's asthma. I told them that we would be leaving early next morning so that they could take care of it. Since then they have been hostile and angry that I feel that I should get some form of compensation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is only 3 and a half to 4 minutes from the beach (we timed it twice)! So convenient! It’s also nice to have the 6 seater golf cart to make it easier to carry and load things. The extra sitting area was great for coffee, and we had plenty of space so we didn’t feel crammed! I especially loved the mirror and sitting area in the closet to get ready. The place was nice, modern and clean. The only two minor downfalls (not even worth taking away from the good features) are just that the bathroom has a barn door in the master suite, so not a great way to drown out bathroom sounds haha. And the grill patio area could use a cute touch to make it more inviting, but it functions and provides what is needed with a grill, seating and high top table. The pantry was great to have for groceries, and the additional storage with shelves in the laundry for thins like out beach bags, beach towels and such. There are beach chair as well so that was awesome!! Would recommend this place for sure! The owners were great about sending info well in advance and were prompt with responses! Also, the couches and chairs were very napable and comfy! Master bed was also comfy. If you like a firm bed the larger guest room has a firmer bed!
