Loved feeding the turtles.

The house was as the pictures showed. The golf carts were great to get around the area. The beach was nice but hard to find at first. Two nice heated community pools were fun for the family. If planning on cooking bring the following griddle pan, measuring Pyrex cups, peeler and whisk. Nice area to stay in, make sure to feed the turtles!

Perfect house and location w/2 CARTS!

We stayed at Sandestin several times and this has been by far the best one, perfectly supplied with everything you’ll need, fully stocked, two golf carts came in super handy, and lots of hot water for eight people. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely clean home in a very nice area

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was in a great area, it was very clean, it was decorated very nicely, and it had plenty of space for our family of 6. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it. Golf cart was a big hit with my kids. Loved it.

Fantastic experience!

We had an incredible stay at this beach home! The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short golf cart ride to the beach. The heated pool was a highlight for everyone, especially the kids. The house itself was wonderfully kid-friendly and had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen was so well-stocked that we were able to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner without missing a single thing. The beds were super comfy, and the thoughtful addition of beach chairs, toys, and towels made our beach days even better. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return!

Perfect family stay

We had a perfect vacation staying here! It was clean and comfortable, a great layout and comparable living and kitchen area for hanging out, quick and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and fun! Traci was always quick to reply with any questions or concerns we had and made check in a breeze. House instructions and check out lists were readily posted around the house for ease of access which made everything so easy to find. We can’t wait to be back!

Dream summer

Itwas my dream summer to stay here in this home, I have wanted a big family trip for several years. From the time we checked in until we left, worked perfectly. House was wonderful, kid friendly very functional, and when I did contact the owner it was immediate response! Thank you for sharing this home with my children and their spouses also my grand babies! For me it was a dream come true! Made it even better that our comfort level was great and the amenities in the house and on the resort were fabulous!!

Family time

Great place to hang with family. Our adult grands ranged from 17-24. They had a ball taking the golf carts around the area. Plenty to do on the resort. You can’t see the ocean from the property but a 5 minute drive and parking available. Ours took the carts. Fishing was awesome right out the back door. The 4 th bedroom was all bunks and for children it would be fine. We ended up using both couches which were long and boys didn’t complain. Also all bedrooms are upstairs. As far as communication, I really didn’t talk to anyone and we had no problems during our stay.

Home away from home

This was by far the best home away from home experience I’ve experienced. We visit Destin annually but always opt to stay at a hotel on the beach. Well I wanted something a little different and went this route. I won’t be going back to hotels after this experience. Just having everything at my fingertips made it so sweet. The young kids in the group loved the back pond filled with turtles. We fed the turtles daily. The golf carts made getting around fun for all. I will be booking my next stay here.

Everything you need for an amazing vacation!

This is a beautiful home with so many things to do within a short drive on the included golf carts. We enjoyed fishing in the pond each day. Having the golf carts provided easy access to explore everything that Sandestin has to offer including the beach, pool, restaurants, Baytowne Wharf village, basketball, putt-putt and the grocery store. We can’t wait to plan our next family vacation!

Awesome Stay

Place was clean and wonderful. The golf carts were a plus to get around the resort. The pond in the back was full of turtles. Great place and location to bring family for some sun and relaxation.

Fantastic

This place was as amazing as it described. It was clean and close to everything. The gold carts were so much getting around to see the beaches, golf , swimming pool. One thing we didn’t expect was fishing in the back yard We caught about 12 bass also the cutest little turtles that greet you as you walk out to them . We will be coming back to this beautiful home again. The host was very on it asking quick questions.

Great Family Vacation!

We certainly enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful, clean and so comfortable for our family of 5 adults and 2 kids, ages 10 & 12. We enjoyed the large kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware, and appliances. The screened patio on the lower level and open patio on the second level were great! Thank you for the two golf carts, beach towels, toys, chairs, and umbrellas too. Everything we needed was easily accessible within a short ride on a golf cart or by car. Traci, our host, responded quickly to answer any questions we had. We had great fun and look forward to coming back again!

Fantastic!

A wonderful, clean, updated 4 bedroom home close to all that Sandestin has to offer! We loved the well stocked kitchen with all the modern appliances. The home was light and bright and has a tranquil setting overlooking the water with a family of ducks. The two golf carts were very handy for getting around and going to the beach. Perfect Family Vacation

The layout of this home works so well for our family group of 4 adults and 3 children. The downstairs is open with plenty of room. We love the connecting laundry and bath just off the foyer for cleaning up after the beach. The kitchen can easily accommodate more than one cook for family mealtime, and the dining and living areas are spacious so no one feels crowded. The screen porch and sundeck have gorgeous sunset views over the lagoon and we fed turtles from the backyard. Two bedrooms with king beds and a bunkroom are a big plus, along with a queen bedroom. We love the quiet location on the bayside and it's an easy bike or golf cart ride to the beach, and also to shopping at Grand Boulevard. We enjoyed relaxing morning and evening walks out to the dock or past the neighborhoods. A great place for making family memories!

Perfect for families with children

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the extra amenities that came with the house. It was like being at home. The children, ages 2, 5, 7, 9 loved the accommodations. They enjoyed feeding the turtles out back. It was nice to have golf carts included. No complaints at all. The host was very receptive and easy to contact. Would recommend.

A Shore Thing is a Sure Thing!

Theses days it’s almost surprising when everything turns out the way it’s been portrayed! The unit was neat & clean, beds were perfect and the 2 golf carts made everything accessible. The absolute BEST thing was the quiet when it’s supposed to be quiet! Location was great! Close to anything you might want! I’d stay there again.

Wonderful!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotless! It was completely stocked with everything we needed...and more. The kids loved the small table and chairs and chalkboard. The beds were very comfortable, so much so that I need to know what mattress is in the master bedroom! It was great! We have stayed at a few different properties around the area and will definitely be back to this one. It was perfect! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Beach Vacation

We love the quiet bayside location on the lagoon and the two golf carts. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. The spacious kitchen and large dining area are great for meals and games and the downstairs laundry and bath are so convenient coming back from the beach or pool. Home has beach towels and sand toys. The owner was very responsive to any concerns. The perfect place for a very relaxing vacation!

Great stay and great for families!!

We loved the community/area of our stay here. The golf carts made getting to and from the beach, pool, and Wharf area so easy and fun. Our little ones loved taking rides and the community pool. The home worked great and came with so many things that worked great for our families. The turtles in the backyard pond were fun to see as well.
