Concert Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great and the beds were comfy like the other reviews said. The view is amazing. The only thing that wasn't so good was the elevators. One of the was broken the whole time and the elevator wait time was crazy. We will still go back though.

Not a clean room!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was disappointed as soon as I walked in to the master bathroom. There was a very unpleasant smell. As I tried to figure out where the smell was coming from I noticed a lot of cleaning errors. The walls by the toilet seat had stains (poop, pee) the plunger and toilet brush were so dirty and nasty. Doors, baseboards, blinds, mirror's, ect had dust and stains. I let management know about the smell and HK came in with 2 cleaning rag and a bottle spray to “clean” but never saw any difference. Smell and stains were still there. Location is great. 3 min walk to beach.

Great location and pool!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Only took a few short minutes to walk to the beach. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony as well, which you usually don’t get unless the condo is right on the beach or right across the road from the beach. I believe they may have been having a slight plumbing/leaking issue. The laundry room floor was full of water when we arrived. We didn’t have to use the washer or dryer so not sure what was going on, but there was also one side of the rug in the living room that was soaking wet upon arrival and never fully dried. The owners also didn’t allow access to a smart tv remote so we could not access Netflix or any other subscription networks, which was slightly inconvenient. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved that there were ceiling fans in each room to keep them cool. Our 5 year old also loved the pool!

Reviewer Comments: Overall, another great stay at Seascape escaping the northern winter,Unit owner might like to provide more pans, there were lots of frying pans but only one small pan in which to cook your veggies, and that had no properly fitting lid.

Fun at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and the the manager was great. We needed linens for the sleeper sofa and a sauce pan because there was only skillets in the condo and they got them for us right away. The reason I did not give the condo 5 stars is because the floor could have been cleaner and it is the first condo I've rented where trash bags and dish soap was not provided. We will stay again! We loved the location and the short walk to the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo, great location and partial ocean-view. We loved the beach setup included in the rental price. The curtains hanging in the main living area and the primary suite are aesthetic and do not have a complete curtain rod allowing them to close. With sunrise around 6 am, we were unable to sleep-in past this time. For this reason, I would not book this condo again.

Wonderful Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very well decorated and maintained. Both beds were comfortable. The only mishaps were that the stove did not work, but maintenance was able to fix it very quickly and the floors were not cleaned and carpet not vacuumed.

Great Stay

We had a great time. The condo was nice and clean. Only thing I would say is there needs to be a few more towels and wash clothes. The place is great and the resort very nice.

Overall good

Overall nice place. Condo as described, Beach sand was everywhere in the kitchen among other cleanliness issues when we arrived. Called manager and refunded cleaning fee-that was appropriate and appreciated. Great view from the balcony, beach access is a bit of a walk to get to. Not terrible but would be nicer if it was across from the resort and not 4-5 accesses down the street! This resort is large, 24 floors.elevators are short in supply, so be prepared to wait. Ample parking. Pool(s) are wonderful.

We just wanted a broom and trash bags.

Beautiful view of both bay and ocean but a bit of a hike to get to the water. Condo is not well stocked. Minimal dishes and cook wear. There was only one trash bag for 4 people for an entire week and no dish soap. Biggest complaint was that there were 3 dust pans but no broom! No matter how careful you are you still bring sand in with you and we did not enjoy walking on it in the condo. Would have been nice to be able sweep it up daily.

Wonderful Property!

Very clean condo, courteous staff, perfect location, and easy check in & out procedures. This was our first condo rental experience after staying in hotels. We will be back!
