Favorite Place

Our annual vacation spot! Second time we have stayed in the building and love it! Only issue we had with the property was that it was not thoroughly cleaned. Floors were dirty. Food (old fruit and candy) was under the couches and furniture. The unit is good and one we would enjoy again. It just needs to be cleaned better and more thoroughly

Family get away

Upon arrival I received text stating I haven’t arrived they wanted to know when I was arriving. The Communication was excellent. 1808 is most definitely a great place. I will come back for a longer stay. Great view to the beach. Ariel dumes 1 met my expectations. Thank you

Overpriced and needing repairs, and maintenance

Overpriced, and needing maintenance and repairs. Mold all over the master bathroom, mouse poop in the bedsheets of my child's bed, finish peeling off of the kitchen cabinets, dents on the walls, no facial tissue, broken and badly worn pans in the kitchen, and bunkbeds have finish completely peeled off and drawers that are broken. This place is tired and does not match the photos and descriptions given in the listing.

Perfect family stay

Pool, location to the beach and restaurants was perfect. Beach access is right across the street. The pool is a short elevator ride away. There are plenty of dishes if you eat in or nearby restaurants to eat out. Amazing outlets a few minutes away for some shopping. You cannot go wrong with this stay.

Beautiful view

The condo was very the perfect size for our family. The view was beautiful. The only suggestions we have are: the couch seemed run down and needs replaced, the bunk bed had a plastic under the sheet that bothered our daughter (it’s was loud and crunchy), and the washer might need cleaned. It had a residue on it and left spots on our first three loads. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. The master bed was very comfortable.

Disappointing stay @ Ariel Dunes - Bldg. #1, Room 1808

Front storm door snubber broken and usless since the door sagged and you could not actually close the storm door. It did not look like the unit had been vaccuumed. All trash cans were full, soap from the previous occupants were still in showers, dirty towels thrown in the bath tubs, and dirty glass in sink. The shower head in one of the bath rooms was broken and leaked, and someone had tried to tape it. Pop-up assembly missing from one of the sinks in the master bath and the paper towel holder was falling off the wall in the kitchen. One of the rubber wrist bands for pool admittance missing from the basket on the counter in kitchen with a threatening note that if there are not six bands in the basket when we leave, we would be charged an extra $25.00. Called Ocean Reef (the management company) immediately and could not reach anyone after holding for 5 minutes, so I left a voice-mail message. Never received a call back, but I did receive a threatening text message the next day reminding me of the $25.00 charge should they not find six rubber wrist bands in the basket. One good point was that they had left sufficient clean towels in the bath rooms and the living area and there was an ocean view.

Awesome area and. Beautiful condo

Seascape resort is great. It has everything you need. The sand in this beach area really is like no other. We had great meals at all the places in the water. This condos views of gulf and sunset were perfect. Loved it all!
