Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the balcony is breathtakingly gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. Super quiet at night on the 23rd floor for good quality sleep. Owner was very responsive to txts. Beach is just a walk across a cute little boardwalk. Stocked with all the basic kitchen items needed to make your own meals. Found it a nice touch upon checking out that owners indicated they would collect any leftover food items and donated to the to the local food bank. Highly recommended, top notch stay.

Great Stay

Condo unit was true to pictures. The oversized balcony, with its wide views of the beach and Destin to the west, was the highlight of the unit. Elevators were fast for the 23rd floor. We had some very minor issues at check-in (no TP; no sheets for the pull-out; not all trash removed), but the management company was responsive and quick to resolve the issues. No complaints overall. Would recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a little concerned at first when booking knowing we would be on the 23rd floor but once we were up there...just WOW!!! The view was breath taking! Just GORGEOUS! It was the perfect size for us all. Plenty of room for 6 people. The first day we bought groceries for the stay we thought we would be making multiple trips back and forth on the 23rd floor back down to the truck. We didn't have to. Down in the lobby/front entrance, they had grocery carts and we just went straight up the elevator. We can't complain about anything. The stay was perfect. The beach is right across the street and the pools were quite refreshing as well. If we ever return to Destin/Miramar Beach...we will check Ariel Dunes II 2303 first.
