You will not be disappointed!!!

Stay here! Thats the summary of my review. The owners were great with communication. The property is on the beach so you are inevitably tracking sand in but you wouldn’t know that when we checked in. It was spotless (I don’t even know how they do that). The parking is fine if you have one vehicle. It’s probably tight with more than one but its beachfront property. There were lots of options for eating in as far as glass wear and dish wear. There are so many options for beach stuff like umbrellas, chairs, toys, etc. TVs everywhere. We wish we’d packed a lot lighter with the convenience of two sets of washers and dryers for quick loads of laundry. Beds were all comfortable. The outside stairs were a little treacherous but you just have to be careful. The umbrellas and chair service on the beach every day was such a nice touch. There are 3 different balconies to enjoy and yes, we did see dolphins several times in the morning. This is a great house, in a very convenient location, on a spectacular beach. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Yearly family trip

We love staying on the beach so it’s easier for the grandkids to go back and forth and not have to cross the street or load everything up to drive back to a rental. This place was stellar and would recommend 10/10! The spiral staircase going to bottom floor on the beach side was tricky but we managed it and had no issues, even after a few drinks lol.

Family Get Away

Everything we wanted for a family get away. Right on the beach, great living space for all of us and close to eating and events. Such a great place to relax, use the beach and all of the accessories the owner has on location for the water and sand.

Loved our stay here

We absolutely loved our stay here. He has everything you need for your beach days already at the townhouse, it was very clean. The parking was very tight for all the big vehicles we had but we made it work. There’s an ice cream shop right across the street which the kids loved. We will be staying here again for sure!

Family Spring Break

I would give this five stars, except the property is somewhat dated. It was very clean. The location could not be beat. Would prefer that the steps lead directly to the beach rather than kind of the closed off dark and scary set up that is currently in place. Other than being dated, and the steps issue, I couldn’t have asked for more. Definitely needs a refresh.

Location was amazing / right on the beach!

Our whole family came during the week of July 4th. There was a big group of us from grandparents, parents, adult kids, 16 and 8 year old. It was awesome being right on the beach! The manager was so quick to respond with all my inquiries. The house was very comfortable and clean! It was nice to have a set of chairs and an umbrella provided for our condo. The hardest part was having to park within the narrow parking spaces. You really don’t want to leave once you have parked. We managed park 2 SUVs, big truck &. 6 seater golf cart. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart ahead of time. Overall, it was a great experience. It was fun being there for July 4th and sitting up on the balcony and watching the fireworks!

The perfect spot for a beach vacay!

This house is amazing! It was very clean and stocked VERY well. There was really nothing we were lacking. Everything has been thought of, toys, kayak, floaties, life jackets,beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen with spices, Tupperware, laundry detergent, dish detergent, pots, pans, crockpot, foil, etc. there was so much I packed or bought and we didn’t even need to. The location is amazing. It is steps away from the beach. We loved being so close, if anyone needed the restroom, a snack, or even a nap it was only steps away. The private beach is gorgeous and the beach service (1 umbrella and 2 chairs) was the cherry on top. The stairs to the beach may be hard for some, they were fine for our family but maybe if older you may have a harder time. The parking can be a problem as some neighbors seem to park way over the line so you are unable to park two cars there. As long as everyone stays in the lines it’s no problem even though it is tight parking. I would also recommend maybe a good deep cleaning or replacement of the rugs as they smelled of pet urine at times. We would definitely stay here again. The host is very responsive and helpful.

The place was clean, convenient to shopping, and you couldn’t beat being steps from the beach. Plenty of additional sleeping spaces, which was nice. Only a couple downsides. Parking is TIGHT! Sometimes couldn’t even open our car door because of the neighbors. The refrigerator also had a broken piece that made a whole shelf fall every time you pulled the drawer out, which was inconvenient but not a deal breaker. The spiral staircase down to the beach was also less than ideal. Fine for bigger kids or adults but I had a 1 and 3 year old trying to go down them and it was sketchy. Lastly, it would have been nice to have some dishwasher pods to get us started. Overall, would stay here again but some room for improvement as well.

It was perfect for 3 moms with 7 senior boys for spring break. The boys had their own space downstairs. Great location in the midst of all of the activity and friends.

Family Getaway

Our family of 12 had a great time at the beach house. Each family group had their own room and we would meet on the main level (2nd floor) to hang out. The spiral stairs to the beach were easy to manuever and being so close to the beach, we were carting a bunch of stuff down there. Chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc were all down there waiting for us. It was a really great stay and I would definitely do it again in the summer!

Beautiful Thanksgiving week on the beach

My favorite spot in the whole entire house was the bottom porch sitting in a hammock swing. Actually, the majority of us had the same favorite spot. Lol the perfect place to read a book, relax in the hammock swing and enjoy the roar of ocean. This was also the best place to watch Sunset sunrise. I think Thanksgiving week is my new favorite time at the beach. Rejuvenating and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots and pans and utensils we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner for nine. There was ample seating to support us as well. The bed was a little uncomfortable and probably could be replaced soon, the porch is probably going to be needing some repairs as well due to some sagging the overall thoroughly enjoyed our trip and I would stay here again. The location is perfect! Walking distance from shopping and restaurants but it’s not too busy.

Best Stay Ever

We absolutely loved this town home. It had everything you could want in a vacation rental. It comes with a beach umbrella and two chair rental which was wonderful for my parents. The owners even have everything you would need for a day at the beach included with the rental. My family loved the paddle boards and kayak and my grandchildren had their pick of beach toys. We also used an extra beach umbrella that was also included so everyone could sit in the shade. The home was nicely decorated and very clean. We will definitely be staying here again and can't wait until we do. It was truly a home away from home. We were close to all the restaurants and shopping for our evenings out but honestly we liked just having everything delivered and staying in.

We love this beach!

Sanddollar 4 was nice. They had forgotten to clean it so we didn’t get to check in until a little later but we were still able to access to put our luggage and cold items in the fridge. We loved that it was right on the beach and my daughters loved the swing seats on the middle deck. If you have young children or elderly people staying know that the steps to get down to the beach inside the house are very steep. My mom and dad got up and down ok but it was hard for them to handle. The house was spacious and we loved the open concept on the middle floor to where we could all be together while we ate. There were plenty of beds for our large group of 12! We loved the location and enjoyed the chairs and umbrellas that were available!

Great location

I was so skeptical after reading some of the reviews about parking and the stairs. Parking is tight for 3 vehicles. But we made it work! The spiral stairs to the beach, just had our little ones walk slow with us. Never an issue. Our family of 8 adults and (5 children ranging from 3 months to 10 years old) enjoyed our stay ! The proximity to the beach was perfect. You really need to bring nothing but food and clothes! lol everything you need to cook and enjoy on vacation is available. We even found a stroller in the closet upstairs which came in handy for our 2year old granddaughter. We had only brought one for her baby sister. The layout is perfect for large family. Not to mention there are 2 sets of washer and dryers! We will definitely be coming back!

Well stocked right on the beach

Sanddollar 4 is a great place to stay. Well stocked with all the necessities and lots of room. Private beach area and beach chairs were big pluses. All the extras out weighed the spiral staircase. I would recommend this place 100%!
