Si está buscando una casa en Destin que le ofrezca un espacio increíble y sea perfecta para unas vacaciones en familia numerosa, nuestro apartamento de 5 habitaciones y 3 baños que tiene capacidad para 12 personas es el lugar ideal para usted y su familia. También encontrará muchas características atractivas en nuestra espaciosa residencia de playa:

-Carefree check-in para que vaya derecho a esta casa (excepto durante las vacaciones de primavera)
-Aproximadamente 2312 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable
Amplio balcón cubierto del segundo piso
-Living room está abierto a la cocina y comedor y ofrece sofá cama queen
-Totalmente equipada cocina incluyendo cocina incluyendo licuadora, cafetera, tostadora y mucho más!
-Master Dormitorio está ubicado en el 1er piso con cama KING.
- Baño principal en el 1er piso.

Excellent Vacation- Thank You Much!!

We have stayed in the Emerald Shores neighborhood for many years, and this was the first time in this home. Tucked away in the corner, the house was perfect for our needs. One issue with the HVAC on a Sunday night, and the Management Team was all over it within minutes. Great communication and superb location make this a great house for a vacation.

Amazing family rental!!

Great house for a family vacation, the beach is within walking distance. The pools are great. The private beach access was also a great bonus.

Great Vacation House for Large Family

This was a wonderful house for our extended family of 8. It is just across the street from the heated pool and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. It had great space for meals and spending time together. Great place!

Overall Pleased

The house was nice and large. It could have been cleaned a bit better prior to our arrival, but overall it was a great rental for our vacation. The company was very easy to work with and communicated easily!

Excellent Vacay Spot

Wonderful vacation destination. House was very nice. Only complaint was that the dryer took a long time to dry our clothes. I would highly recommend this property to others.

Beach Trip!!

The cottage is breathtaking! From the arrival through the checkin/checkout processes, all were above average. The only detractors from what otherwise would have been a 5-Star rating are the carpet and the grill gas tank was completely empty. I would be willing to pay a slightly more for gas for the grill. Everything else was very enjoyable. The short walk to the beach and the surrounding area was phenomenal!

Great beach house!!!!!

This place was great for a crowd! Upstairs bathrooms designed for efficiency ! Showers are separate from toilets and sinks. Easy walk to beach. Quiet neighborhood, heated pool. Would definitely rent this place again. Management co was polite and helpful.

Great house!

Great house,very clean . Felt safe in the commnity.easy walk & drive to the beach. It had 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms , loved that the upstairs bathroom toilets were separate to the toilets! Genius! I can’t wait to go back next year!!

Great Vacation Home

The house is great and is at a great location. Pool right across the street and a very short walk to the beach. Bring extra toilet paper and trash bags. Also the dryer takes a couple of times to dry clothes. Overall it’s a great place and we would stay again if we came back.

Great location

Nice house big enough for our entire family. Only thing i wish was that there would be additional parking area other that pool. Seems like alot of people bring more than the allowed 2 cars and theres no area to park cars.

Great House!

We had no concerns or problems during our stay. I was a little concerned from previous reviews but everything was great and didn't have to report any issues. We love this neighborhood and have stayed in this area for many years. We will be returning.

Nice house and safe neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay and liked the beach equipment deal. The worse part was the "private beach" where we couldn't even see the water. There were so many expensive beach rentals set up in front that we were stuck at the back. We only went once, then started driving to better beach areas. I also had an issue with reaching the number listed to report issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

Great stay for family gathering

Beautiful location, super clean property. It was very comfortable for 8 adults (including 4 senior citizens) and 2 children (3, 5). Easy to walk to the beach with the kids; the beach was fantastic. The kids appreciated the sand toys that were available at the house to take along, too. Well-equipped kitchen that made Thanksgiving food preparation much easier. There was plenty of parking available, and it was quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood during our stay. Very timely communication from property management when we had questions. It would have been helpful to have somewhat clearer directions for arriving at the back gate to the community instead of the front gate which was not accessible with code. We would stay here again without a doubt, really great!

Family vacation 2022

The property was everything the listing said it would be. We really enjoyed our stay after we were able to get into this gated community. The codes we were sent to open the main gate didn't work and when I messaged the company I didn't get a reply. Someone that works for the community driving a golf cart gave us the codes needed. After that hiccup everything was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

The property was excellent however it was very challenging getting in touch with property management. We did not receive wristbands for access to pool or beach and got no response when attempting to contact management

Family stay

I loved you he house very clean. Very inviting. I had trouble with the air conditioner an it didn’t get fixed till next day. Bad communication with property manager. Then they changed the code to the gate an didn’t tell us. Otherwise we loved it.
