Has potential but in need of some TLC

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Upon arrival, we noticed that several items—including the pillows, linens, pillow covers, duvets, blankets, and other soft furnishings—had visible stains. There were different types of stains on different items with some appearing to be blood or some other bodily fluid specifically on some of the pillow covers. The carpet throughout the unit also appeared to have multiple stains as well. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable, as we were unsure about the overall cleanliness of the space.As a result, on the evening we arrived we chose to purchase new blankets and laundry detergent so we could wash some of the linens ourselves. I did contact the front desk the next morning and was offered the option to have someone come and re-clean the unit, which I appreciated. However, by that time we had already taken care of most of it the night before. The floors and bathroom areas appeared to be mostly clean.In addition, we experienced a few maintenance-related issues during our stay. There appeared to be mold under the kitchen sink, as well as a leak above the laundry closet coming from the unit above. The toilet in the master bedroom also ran continuously. I reported this on 7/10 and was informed that maintenance would be sent, but no one came to address it.On 7/11, the water was shut off to the unit. When I called the number provided, I was told it was due to a constant flow of water being detected. I explained that the toilet had been running and that I had already reported it the previous day. The representative was helpful and restored the water shortly after. She(lady at the water monitoring company) informed us that it was up to the property manager to repair the toilet and I told her that I had already reported it. During that conversation, I also shared my concerns about the condition of the unit, including the linens.I wrote an email and called the management company but have not yet received a response to
