Beautiful house…ALL the amenities!

We had an amazing time! The home looked just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable, location was perfect, and the amenities were amazing. The house was stocked with everything we had need of and more. The golf cart was absolutely amazing. We were able to go everywhere including the beach, pool, and Baytown wharf..it was so convenient. The host was amazing with communication and it was so easy checking in and out. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect!

Loved this home! Perfect set up. Especially liked the sunroom which added another entire living space! Actually put the pack n play for the two year old to sleep in the sunroom and she loved it:) Clean, owner had great communication. Truly a flawless experience.

Phenomenal home

This is such an amazing home, and I'm not really sure where to begin! I'm fairly sure we spent most of the time we were at the house out in the Florida room while our boys played in the fenced back yard. If we weren't there, we were in the kitchen cooking. The kitchen has every type of pot, pan, bowl, tool, etc. you would need to make any kind of meal. That was really important to us since our littlest one has allergies that make it harder to eat out. There are so many thoughtful touches like blackout curtains in the master bedroom (you'd be surprised how many homes don't have any curtains at all), and smart TVs in each room. The check in/out process was incredibly easy and your hosts are very quick to respond to any questions. The golf cart makes it incredibly convenient to get to the beach, and there are even a few toys, boogie boards, and things like that to enjoy so you don't have to load up your car with those items. We've stayed at quite a few homes in Sandestin, and this is by far the all around best!

Awesome 2 bedroom/2 bath home

Very clean, newer/upgraded property and appliances, easy check in and check out, great location within Sandestin. The house has a sunroom that worked perfectly for my remote office as I had to work for most of the time I was there. Also, the owners were very responsive. We look forward to another trip to Sandestin soon!

Summer Beach Trip

We loved staying here for our beach trip! We stayed for a week and cooked most nights at the house. I can’t say enough good things about this place! It has everything you could need, is so clean, and is in such a quiet relaxing area! The golf cart made it so nice to drive for drinks or dinner at The Wharf, to golf, or to the beach. If we needed anything, Brandy was just a text away! Such an awesome place to stay- we didn’t want to leave!

Refreshing Get Away

We book this location for a short family get away! The house was refreshing. It was very clean, well stocked with almost everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. There was something weird going on with the air at night, it would completely turn off. Not sure if that was user error or how it was configured with the previous tenants. All in all it was not that bad, and would not stop me from booking again. The neighborhood was very inviting and it was a very short ride to the beach. I was definitely suggest this location to others.

Beautiful Home!

This home was so unbelievably beautiful! It was so neat, clean, clutter-free, and smelled amazing when we got there! It was also very aesthetically pleasing if you’re someone who enjoys that, especially the up-scale beachy decorations in every room. The house looked exactly as displayed on the website. There were no disappointments. The kitchen and small bar were well-stocked with every appliance and/or kitchen tool needed. The bathrooms were stocked with pristine white towels, and clean extra linen and pillows in the closets were there also for your use. The patio room also had games, puzzles, and cards, which the kids loved. They even had a pack-n-play available for our 1-year old so I didn’t have to worry about bringing our own! This house had everything. Even the propane tank was filled for the outside grill and ready to use, which made my husband happy. The golf-cart was such a nice addition and it worked beautifully. We had no issues with it. We actually had no issues with any part of our stay. Brandy was such a pleasure to work with and the check-in and check-out process were super simple, very hassle-free and laid back. Over-all, I strongly recommend staying here. It’s a beautiful home in a great location. There is a pool right down the road and while the beach is across the street, that’s why we only ever rent a unit with a golf-cart, because being able to ride around is our kids favorite part! We would definitely book this home again!

Just right!

This little home away from home was just perfect for our litle family of 3...but would easily meet the needs for several others! Brandy, the host was amazing!! She was always so quick to respond, so helpful, and even ordered a Crockpot for our stay since one was not available. Only thing i wished was that a few essential household items were provided (ie. Aluminum foil, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc). The golf cart of course was awesome to have and this location was perfect for all the activities we did...not too far off from Miramar Beach as well (which i recommend if you're seeking more open space on the beach). Thanks Brandy!!

Beautiful Bungalow!

Had a wonderful stay. Perfect for my husband, me and our daughter. It was spotless, well appointed and quiet. Brandy was easy to work with, and the app they provide with details and instructions about the rental is extremely helpful. Our favorite amenity was the golf cart. We enjoyed riding around Sandestin and Grand Boulevard. Didn’t need a car! Highly recommend Bayside Bungalow!

Family VayCay!

This was a wonderful home for our family of four to spend a week! The home is centrally located within the Sandestin Resort. The neighborhood was quiet and the golf cart was an added bonus for getting g around the resort. My teenage boys loved the golf cart rides to Baytown in the evenings after a full day of activities or beach time. Brandy was a great host and this home was very planned out and all needed amenities were thought of! If we’re ever down that way again we will definitely book here again. All was perfect!!

Perfect Place for Perfect Refreshment

Brandy's place was immaculate, updated, beautiful and she thought of EVERYTHING!! She graciously provides all the amenities to make your stay absolute perfect!! She was so wonderful to deal with, was gracious to let us check in early and so easy to communicate with. The place is gorgeous, clean and we will definitely be back!!!!
