Esta unidad de un dormitorio / dos baños también incluye una sala con una silla de gran tamaño que se convierte en una cama doble y un sofá que se convierte en un sofá cama doble. La cocina totalmente equipada le permite cocinar lo que desee o simplemente hacer lo mínimo para que pueda disfrutar de sus vacaciones. Con una persona de guardia que vive en el resort no hay necesidad de preocuparse si surge un problema, sin embargo, esta unidad está en excelentes condiciones y es extremadamente atractiva también. Nos enorgullecemos de tener una unidad limpia e impecable para que obtenga exactamente lo que ve en nuestras fotos. La unidad se repintó recientemente y tiene todos los pisos de baldosas nuevos.

Justo a las afueras del edificio Lasata se encuentra Grand Lawn, bellamente ajardinado y bien mantenido. Un oasis relajante con exuberante vegetación y fuentes tranquilas en todas partes. This was a great location at Baytowne Wharf. It was close to everything or anything you could possibly be looking for. Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and golf. I’d definitely come back. The parking spaces are a small challenge but not enough to keep this from being a 5 star experience.

The property and grounds were stunning, the inside of our unit however was very worn. The furniture and window treatments looked at least as old as the unit itself like 20 years. The few upgrades could not make up for the worn furniture.

Exceptional Experience

Good value in an exclusive, magnificently beautiful vacation resort property. The adjacent Baytowne Wharf Village entertainment center has something for kids of all ages. Just a stroll from the condo it offers bayside bars with entertainment, restaurants with a variety of tastes and prices, shops, and for the young ones, a merry-go-round, zip line, ropes course, and more. There's special entertainment for families daily on the grassy common. Anyone looking for an exclusive vacation of a lifetime should stay here. Phyllis is a super hostess and was superb with directions, suggestions for dining and entertainment, and other help always with a congenial personality.

Family getaway

The communication from the host was fantastic. The unit was located in a quiet building near enough to Baytowne to easily walk. The unit was clean and there were plenty of places to sit and relax and visit. We had one hiccup with the ac in the unit. The host quickly called service personnel and it was repaired with no inconvenience to us before end of day.

Lovely & Safe

The resort area felt very safe and secure. The pools were lovely. Our specific unit could use an upgrade on the kitchen amenities. The only skillet was small and very scratched up Teflon. There needs to be access to Wi-Fi on both TVs, not just the one in the bedroom, which had Roku. Update the TVs by eliminating the huge armoire that only holds a small TV and takes up a lot of space. All that being said, we did really enjoy our time there.

Nice place and location but communication of check in and signage on property is not good.

Being a huge vacation area, and so many properties in one spot, it is daunting finding your way around at the beginning. Signage is poor and people we spoke to could not answer our questions. It would be nice to have a concierge to contact on arrival.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Be sure you have the parking scan code. We paid for ours and it never did show up correctly. Major miscommunication of how to enter the complex; frustrating. If you are arriving late, be sure you know the proper procedures to enter, there isn’t anyone on duty. We will not stay here again, but did enjoy the area! BaytownWharf is great and we loved that!!
