Amazing
This location was absolutely perfect! Walk to the beach, pool, tennis and basketball courts. It fit out family of 5 perfectly! Very clean and comfy. Near great restaurants and shops. We had a great time!

Excellent Property
Location and size of property was perfect. Brought my 6 person family and we had plenty of space to be comfortable.
The proximity to the beach and multiple pools was wonderful and convenient.
We will definitely return.

This unit was great for a family with younger kids. Being on the ground floor, it's just a short walk to the bridge to get to the beach. The unit was very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms are in perfect condition. The facilities at Tops'l are great, pools, putt-putt and so much more. Had a great stay

Great stay. Furnished nicely, clean, the wood floors felt much warmer than cold tile under foot. Wished the lamps beside the living sofa had brighter lights bulbs, making it easier to read. Would definitely stay again.

We have been coming to Destin every summer for years and this unit has the best and easiest beach access! When you have small children with a lot of beach toys and ice chests, a short quick walk to the beach is huge. The condo is also well designed to maximize space. It was fully stocked with Keurig, kitchen supplies, beach chairs and accessories which was a great plus. Loved the unit and would definitely stay here again.

Love this condo
This is our second year staying in this condo unit at Tops'l. We have been booking condo's at Tops'l Resort for years. Love the location and amenities. All units we've stayed at have been great so far. This one might be my favorite! It is on the ground floor right next to the beach and pool which makes commuting beach gear a lot easier. The unit is up to date with a great kitchen and washer/ dryer. Tons of places to sleep so kids can bring friends if they wanted to. I would definitely recommend this unit and will be staying here again!

Great location
This is a convenient first floor condo that is very close to the boardwalk access to the beach and pool. It was great for our family with three kids. The condo is nice and clean and also has a covered parking garage. The management group is very responsive and easy to work with. The only downside is the fact that if you don’t want to pay for the beach service umbrellas then you can’t bring your own unless you set up behind several rows of their umbrellas which puts you pretty far from the water. Overall, would stay here again!

The property was just like it was described. It was clean and well-maintained. It was very convenient to walk out the patio door to the sidewalk to get to the beach or the pool. Didn't have to ride elevators to and from. I would definitely stay here again. There was an issue with the patio door that I reported upon arrival. The door handle kept falling off and we were not able to lock the door. The office said they would complete a work order, but NO ONE showed up the entire week to fix the problem. I was not comfortable with a door that didn't lock. Also, the toilet in the hall bath was VERY slow to flush. It needs to be replaced.

Love Beach Manor

We come back to Beach Manor every single Summer and 111 was one of the first ones we stayed in when we first discovered this gem. However, this year is the first time 111 was back to use has a rental for a year or two. It’s beautifully remodeled but we ran in to some issues. The first being the master bed is hard has a rock! It is not at all comfortable! We do love the setup of the 2nd bedroom though. It was perfect for our three small kids. The door leading from the living room to the patio wasn’t working properly and even though we put in a work order to have it fixed Gibson Rentals never sent someone back to fox it. Also the kitchen wasn’t well stocked. Other than those few issues we enjoyed our stay but not sure we will return to 111 until they get a new master bed that doesn’t feel like you slept on plywood.

The place was very clean and steps away from the beach! It was nice being able to walk out and be right at the walkway to the beach! I was able to walk to the beach bar for food and drinks because it’s right outside the door! Very convenient! I love staying at Topsl! The only downside to this place is the beds are not comfortable. I would still stay at this place again! Definitely recommend!

Great place- great location to beach---I inquired about a real coffee pot and one was provided- very nice touch. Furniture was a little drab and not the most comfortable but that is me being picky. Location was superior as you are steps from walkway to beach and pool. Being on 1st floor is very convenient!

Ground floor condo short walk to beach

We loved the ground floor condo experience! It was such an easy walk to and from the beach. Condo was clean and well equipped and close to parking garage. If you have a tall vehicle (truck with big tires, car with luggage carrier on top you have to park outside the garage around the circle which was no big deal. The main pool is ok but I liked the personal smaller pool for beach manor guests. You can’t see the beach from this ground floor condo but all the other conveniences of being so close to the beach were worth it. Also, make sure and reserve beach chairs as early as you can. We had to wait a few days because they were sold out for the first 2 days we were there. Condo does have 2 chairs to use. We definitely would stay here again. It was perfect for teenagers and they loved the food at the tiki hut by the main pool.
