This isn’t an old beach condo with a few new pillows and a coat of paint. We took the original, outdated footprint and reimagined the space around how people actually vacation. We removed bulky, unnecessary furniture, opened up the layout, upgraded the places that matter most, and created a condo that feels fresh, spacious, functional, and easy to settle into.

And because a beautiful condo means very little if it isn’t exceptionally clean, we invest in premium, detail-oriented cleaning after every stay.

WHAT MAKES THIS CONDO DIFFERENT

We intentionally designed the condo so your vacation doesn’t feel like you’re living out of a suitcase and stepping over luggage all week.

The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed with a brand-new upgraded mattress, plenty of room to move around, designated space for suitcases and belongings, and a large mirror so you can check your outfit before heading out.

And for those who can’t sleep without the sound of a fan—we get it. Two box fans are provided so you don’t have to pack your own.

TWIN BUNKS WITH THE LITTLE DETAILS COVERED

The hallway features two built-in twin bunks, giving kids or additional guests their own comfortable sleeping spaces without taking away from the main living area.

And don’t worry—we thought about their devices, too.

The bunks have convenient places to charge phones and built-in night lights, so there’s no stretching charging cords across the hallway or searching for an outlet at bedtime.

It’s a small detail, but when you’re traveling with kids, the small details matter.

Additional sleeping space is available with a queen sleeper sofa featuring an upgraded gel mattress, giving families and groups flexible sleeping arrangements without making the condo feel overcrowded.

SMART TVS + STRONGER WIFI

Sometimes after a full day at the beach, you just want to shower, get comfortable, and watch a movie.

The living room features a 65-inch Smart TV, while the king bedroom has its own 45-inch Smart TV, so everyone doesn’t have to agree on what to watch.

We’ve also added WiFi boosters to help provide stronger, more reliable coverage throughout the condo—whether you’re streaming a movie, scrolling from bed, or the kids are connected to their devices.

A BRAND-NEW KITCHEN THAT'S ACTUALLY STOCKED

The newly renovated kitchen isn't just pretty—everything was selected to make it functional, too.

All of the appliances are new, and we didn't stop there. The pots, pans, cooking utensils, and kitchen essentials are also new and upgraded. You won't arrive to a cabinet full of mismatched, worn-out cookware collected over years of vacation rentals.

Whether you're cooking a full dinner, making breakfast before the beach, or just heating up leftovers from one of the incredible restaurants nearby, you'll have what you need.

And because vacation mornings require coffee, the coffee maker gives you both options: brew a full pot for the family or use pods when you just want a single cup.

The bathroom was fully remodeled with a fresh, modern coastal feel and features a refreshing rainfall shower—perfect for rinsing off after a day in the sand or unwinding before dinner.

We pay attention to the details that can easily be overlooked in vacation rentals. Pillow shams, mattress protectors, and other frequently missed items are part of a cleaning standard that goes far beyond a quick turnover.
