Great Location

We had zero issues during our stay. The property and condo were both very clean. We loved the location and we really enjoyed the golf cart that was included.

Best getaway!!

Property was spotless, well furnished and beds were very comfortable. Easy access to pool and beach. Enjoyed taking the golf cart to Baytown Wharf for ice cream! Will definitely return!

Excellent Condo for our Family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly as described and was a perfect home base for our fall break. We were pleasantly surprised to find lots of beach accessories in the closet. The living room has a smart tv, but the bedrooms do not (wish I had remembered to bring my roku!). The master bed was one of the most comfortable I've experienced in a rental. Everything was clean and updated. And as usual, the Westwind building was an ideal location on the beach, with a pool and concessions for convenience. The kids favorite part was the super fancy golf cart. We had a blast zooming around in that!

Perfect Beach Vacation

The condo had a beautiful view from all rooms and everything we needed for the week. Only complaint was the ice maker didn’t work, Beds were super comfortable and condo was very clean!

The mangt company knew but played dumb when I called (the maintenance man told me they had already ordered the part when he came to check). 2022 Vacay!!!

This condo was beautiful! The nicest designed and decorated one we have stayed in so far. The 2.5 baths were perfect! I loved the size of the bathrooms and showers also! We have 3 kids ages 4, 6, and 9. This condo was perfect as one thing I look at when I am looking at rentals is how many decorations are out. It was perfect and stocked with everything that we needed. The views were gorgeous. One of my favorite things to do on vacation is sit on the balcony and drink coffee while overlooking the ocean. It was perfect!

It was exactly as described and we really enjoyed it. The kitchen had everything my family needed. I cannot believe I didn’t read any reviews raving about the most awesome golf cart!! We just expected your every day run of the mill 6 seater golf cart for our family of 5 but this baby was like a dang Rolls Royce golf cart! We loved it! Sound system, back up cameras, etc! So cool! Anyways... My vacation haven is always quick to respond to any small or large issues that may arise during your stay and we will use them in the future!

There was hair on bedroom table tops and in some draws. Big issue was no weekly cleaning, bed sheet and towel exchange offered. Usually there is cleaning at day 7.

My only observation is that the hot tub clearly says "Absolutely No Children Under 12 Years of Age." Yet it was constantly occupied by children clearly not 12 years old, with adults using it as a baby pool for their kids. The pool monitor did nothing to correct this.

Desperately needs new furniture

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great and the condo’s bathrooms, floors and counter tops were clean. Unfortunately the couch and chair in the family room were absolutely disgusting! We had to go and buy some sheets to cover them so we could use them. We had to take the covers off of the kitchen chairs to sit on them because they were so dirty and full of hair. After complaining and sending pictures they offered to have someone come and clean the furniture but then they would be wet and we would not be able to sit on them and honestly they are beyond a cleaning they need to be recovered or replaced. It needs lots of painting/touch up work too. Paying over $6000 to stay for 10 days in a place that has not been taken care of is ridiculous. I would not stay here again!

Beautiful beach and condo but...

Loved our vacay and the location; however, just a little bit of info for the owner of the condo for future occupants to have their best experience with no issues. :) The condo was nice but LOTS of things were falling apart in the condo....the master shower handle was loose and swinging from the glass door when we first arrived so luckily when we opened the shower door at first that we didn't fall backwards from not knowing the door handle wasn't secured with a set screw. Told maintenance about it so hopefully they fixed it. Also, the guest bathroom faucet handles popped off when turning on the water since they weren't attached with set screws... Also, when we got there the first night I was coughing my head off and checked the air filter and it was disgusting and hadn't been changed in a while. I'm an asthmatic and told management and they came and quickly changed the filter, but we feel it should have been changed out before we arrived since the filter was thickly covered in dust/dirt. Maintenance guy was very quick to get there and very nice though.
