UBICACIÓN, UBICACIÓN, UBICACIÓN Casa unifamiliar de 3 pisos ubicada frente al Golfo en la playa de arena blanca. Invitado ingrese al vestíbulo con acceso a la sala de lavandería y suba una pelea de escaleras con vistas panorámicas del Golfo. El segundo piso es la sala de estar principal con vistas al Golfo desde la cocina, comedor y sala de estar. La cocina alberga todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una máquina de hielo extra independiente para empacar refrigeradores. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas, mientras que la barra de la cocina tiene capacidad para 6 personas. La sala de estar tiene un gran televisor de pantalla plana con DirecTv y reproductor de DVD. Hay dos dormitorios principales en el segundo piso, ambos con una cama king y baño en suite. La segunda escalera conduce al tercer piso donde los niños tienen rienda suelta en el desván de la litera. El litera tiene 2 juegos de literas, 4 gemelos en total. Los niños también tienen un televisor de pantalla plana con DirecTv y Wii. El litera también tiene un baño privado con ducha independiente. Las otras dos habitaciones de huéspedes también están en este nivel. Ambos son dormitorios con cama extragrande y baño privado y acceso directo al balcón de la 3ª planta.

La casa tiene 3 balcones privados en total. El balcón del tercer piso superior es un gran lugar para tomar el sol, mientras que la cubierta inferior es un gran lugar para buscar refugio del calor sin perder la vista. La cubierta inferior tiene un gran espacio para sentarse, hamaca, ducha al aire libre, parrilla de propano y medio baño. Esta propiedad lo tiene todo. Los huéspedes no tienen que preocuparse por cruzar la calle ya que la propiedad tiene acceso directo a la playa. También se proporcionan juguetes de playa y toallas.

Emerald Shores está en una ubicación privilegiada. Dairy Queen, Emerald Coast Winery, Badass Coffee, Paradise Found están todos al otro lado de la calle. Un cuarto de milla al este es la estación de servicio Circle K y Fantasea Scooter Rentals. Barras... Whale's Tail, Pompanoe Joe's, The Beach Bar y Cabana están a menos de media milla de la casa.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was perfect for us and we liked that beach towels were available for us to use. The view was gorgeous and we were so happy with being right on the beach and the beach wasn’t too crowded! If we are able to come back to this area we will definitely try to rent this place again. We had one problem with the umbrella but within minutes they replaced it and we had a new piece. Hosts were great. Side note, Pascallis kitchen across the street is fantastic! We ate there several times on our stay!

We loved the house and location. It was spacious and fit our family of 7 very well. Loved the 4 king rooms with private bathrooms. Location was great, close to everything! Communication with the host was excellent. The rugs needed to be cleaned or replaced as well as the lounge chair on the deck but overall we had a WONDERFUL stay!!

As someone who used to live here, the location was PERFECT. Close to bars and shops, but located right on a private beach can’t be beat. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and then some which is perfect for a girls trip. The communication with the host was quick and efficient. 10/10 would stay again

Great house. Love the updated decor. Close to the beach and other amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, bowls, and cooking equipment. The bedrooms were spacious and the water pressure in the bathrooms were amazing. I would definitely stay in this house again.

Beach Heaven

We had an amazing time and the property was amazing. We are vacationers that normally do multiple excursions and exploring the area, however, all we wanted to do was beach, eat, sleep and repeat, and it was wonderful. Communication was perfect and check-in and check out as well. Thanks and we will be back next year!

Great Views, Lots of Room & Family Fun

From great grandma to our littlest 11 mo. old granddaughter, we had a wonderful time on the beach, relaxing on the covered patio, and enjoying meals looking out the wall of glass windows at the spectacular view of the beach. My only critique is the dryer doesn't work well and the beds are quite soft and worn and could use a refresh. But the kitchen is stocked and there are games and books galore! Great place!

Great House in Superb Location

The property was just as advertised...right on the beach and fairly newly renovated. Beds and linens were all comfortable. Other than the bunk room all are ensuite bathrooms! Plenty of beach towels for your use and a very convenient and inexpensive ( owner subsidized) beach equipment rental program delivering chairs etc right toy our front door. Kitchen was well stocked. Downstairs covered deck was unique and a great gathering spot in the evening!

Beach dream

Perfect spot

This was the perfect spot for me and my friends from high school to get together. For five 64 year old ladies, the place was awesome. So many bedrooms and so many bathrooms. The lower deck was perfect to get out of the sun but still feel like we were on the beach. Would go again in a heartbeat!

Miramar Beach House directly on the beach

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My wife wanted me to find a place directly on the beach so that we could hear the ocean. This property checked all the boxes. We were about 100 yards from the water's edge. We enjoyed the living area with full open view of the beach and water. We just had to walk down 1 level to access the open air first floor which had seating for the entire family to use as we went back and forth to the beach. A set of stairs led down to the beach area. This bottom floor area had a multitude of activities for playing in the sand and surf. It also had a handy water hose and shower so that we could clean up after spending a few hours on the beach. Our adult children commented many times about how they loved it. The 4 bedrooms with individual bathrooms and bonus room with bunk beds was great for our family. We also visited the coffee shop and pizza restaurant located just across the street. Next visit we'll also pop into the Dairy Queen next door. We definitely plan to rent the property again in the future.

Very nice!

We loved the property — there were a few things that would have made it five star — outdoor seating need to be refreshed — better amenities in the bathrooms — checking to make sure the small details taken care of — But a LOVELY property — we would definitely rent here again!
