This property was not as advertised. I booked a 2 bdrm and got a 1 bdrm. Then the managements and Vrbo/Expedia’s only offer was for me to leave and find a new place. After I had already driven 7 hours to get there. Not an acceptable offer during one of the busiest weeks in Sandestin. The place had a tiny water heater that only allowed one warm shower at a time and the air filter, which you could see when you opened the laundry closet had not been changed in … ever? The pickleball court had trash all over it. So, would I ever stay here again? Not in that unit. I definitely will not stay in any unit managed by My Vacation Haven. They tried to blame Vrbo and after an hour and twenty minute call with Vrbo, was told and verified that the listing was managed by MVH.

the view was the whole stay and. Nice place at one time.The mattress in bed room was like sleeping in a hammock. called mgt. they didn't seem to care.The rug in the living room was filthy dirty and worn.Told mgt. they didn't seem to care.Asked for a late check out of a couple of hours but of course it was not doable.

Awesome views of the beach from our balcony. The room was amazing with all the amenities. I plan on using this location again in the future.

Nice place but mattress on bed needs help

The condo was nice and the view was great. The instructions to get through the gate and building were not clear which was frustrating after a long day of traveling. And the mattress on the bed was a cheap foam mattress that was very uncomfortable. Fixing those two things would secure a 55 star rating!

Perfect getaway for a small family!

Such a cute place! It was perfect for my husband and I with our two small children. The views are amazing! At night time it is so peaceful sitting on the balcony listenings to the waves crash. When I had questions it was super easy to get into contact with someone. We will definitely be back!

Destin property

Overall a nice place . This is a twenty story building and this property is on the 11th floor. Elevators can be slow. Beach rentals were more expensive because we rented through VRBO rather than Sandestin.

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I stayed this past weekend for a wedding on the beach. We completely loved our stay. Check in was easy, location is amazing, and coffee on the Balcony was perfect. Don’t listen to the reviews about the bed, it sleeps just fine!

Great views

Had some issues with the ac unit, refrigerator when we arrived and the property manager had it fixed within hours. They were great. Room was clean no complaints there and the views were great. The pool was closed all week due to maintenance issues so that was a bummer. The one big complaint we had which we did report was the bed was awful.. we slept on the pull out couch the entire time. The bed had a ten inch foam pad on it … not a memory foam pad but regular pad which made the issue worse … the one side of the bed caved in a bit and I guess they thought the padding would help but it did not. When we reported it the said they had no other complaints about it and could go get us padding to put on it … which it already had. So unless they had more reports on it they couldn’t do anything about it… I found it very hard to believe no one else reported it because it was that bad . The kitchen was great had everything you needed. I would definitely recommend this place if they get the bed issue fixed.

Great location

Beachside Two itself is in a great location near Baytowne Wharf and short drive into Destin. It is directly on the beach so no long walks. The condo was exactly as pictured, the bed was super soft, and the kitchen had everything needed. I love that the balcony is glass and all one piece since we had our 1.5 year old we didn’t have to worry about gaps. The only disappointment was that when renting chairs/umbrellas on the beach we were considered “non Sandestin resort guests” so it was $60 more for a 3 day rental. I’m not sure why that was the case, but I wish I had known that up front. There were chairs in the condo, however, so not the owners’ fault.

Grandma/granddaughters Beach Getaway

The Beachside condo was wonderful! We were all very comfortable in the space. Kitchen was well equipped. My granddaughters loved the makeup vanity in the bedroom! The view from the spacious balcony was incredible-coffee and breakfast there every morning. Access to the pool and beach was so right there and so easy. Plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. We would love to come back again !

Fall Break

It was a very easy process renting our condo. All the information we needed was available to us to make check in and out as smooth as possible!! Room was exactly as advertised….immaculate and beautiful room. We absolutely loved the direct ocean front view from balcony and easy beach access Would definitely stay here again.
