I reached out to customer service via call, text, and email, sending pictures of hair in the bed, in the sink, and on the patio table, and the toilet was not working; the issue as of 04/5/24 is still not addressed. Upon checkout, housekeeping showed up at 9:53, indicating it was 10:00 a.m., very rude and asked how long before you leave 0 customer service. I explained upon checking I had someone with a disability with me as we were unaware the apartment was on the second floor. My husband left his wedding ring. This was reported on 04/02/24. As of 04/05/24, no one has addressed the issue. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, AND BASED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
