Hermosa villa con Loft - 6 pasajeros del carro de golf incluido

Hermosa casa adosada de unidad final que se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie de la playa y solo a unos minutos a pie de la nueva piscina, renovada en 2012. La espaciosa habitación del primer piso de estar tiene un techo abovedado, TV de pantalla plana, sillón reclinable y visión serena de Diamond Lake. El patio está rodeado por enormes pinos que lo mantengan con sombra y fresco, incluso en el calor del día. La mesa al aire libre, sillas y parrilla ofrecen un ambiente cómodo, especialmente en la mañana temprano o al final del día. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y está totalmente equipada con extras. El comedor tiene capacidad para seis, se asoma sobre el agua, y los taburetes hacer espacio para dos más. El dormitorio principal de la planta baja con un baño adjunto, se abre a un pequeño patio. El nuevo televisor de pantalla plana de 46 pulgadas proporciona el disfrute viendo. El cuarto de baño ha sido muy bien alicatado y ofrece una experiencia de lujo.

El piso de arriba se abre a una zona de loft lindo con dos camas individuales. Hay una gran área de almacenamiento adjunto, que contiene un sofá de dos plazas, así como las sillas adicionales playa, toallas de playa y sombrilla de playa. El dormitorio principal de arriba con su cama king, es amplio y tiene una vista del agua. El baño incorporado también es un azulejo y tiene un ambiente toscano. Beautiful townhome near everything in Sandestin. It is fully stocked with anything you might need. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again.

Villa us fully loaded with all amenities to make a great experience. From utensils, linens, laundry off kitchen, grill on patio, beach chaira, umbrella, etc. Highly recommend. Short drive on golf cart to beach and village/shops. Owner is very quick to reply and nice to chat with. My family and I had a great experience. Pool is a short stroll away, its a beautiful pool with ample sitting and restrooms. Golf Cart is a HUGE bonus. I actually think it was our favorite part. Do not go to Sandestin withouta cart. The tram service on resort is slow and having a cart, we were able to get aroubd with ease. If we cisit again.m, we would definitely rent this same villa.

This is our third straight year to stay at this property. Obviously, we find the accommodations perfect for our group of six. The closeness to Baytowne Wharf and to the beach, and the convenience of the golf cart are big favorites with our family. Quiet surroundings are a plus.

This villa had everything we could hope for and more. Loved the location and golf cart was so much fun. Many restaurants, stores and things to do within a quick golf cart ride. Beach was beautiful. We met birds, squirrels and deer right in our very own yard. We give this property a 10 out of 10!!!!

Great place! Very clean! This place was perfect for our stay. We love Sandestin! Sandestin has the beach, pools, shops, restaurants and ponds to fish all within a short golf cart ride away. The golf cart is a must when staying in Sandestin. The cart made it easy to access the beach, pool or Baytown shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone planning to stay in Sandestin.

We absolutely loved this property. It truly felt like a home away from home. Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake, convenient to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants, very clean and safe home, and the golf cart was a huge bonus! My husband and I were able to completely relax during the time we were there. We will definitely look to rent this again.

Perfect location and great beach access, we loved the golf cart. This was the perfect arrangement for my family of 5 and mother (grandma). We enjoyed breakfast on the back patio every morning overlooking the lake. It is walking distance to the pool which was never busy and the perfect temperature. A very relaxing and quiet location within the Sandestin resort. Marilyn was very accommodating and we would definitely stay again.

This was just as described and more. Lots of room and our family enjoyed the golf cart. A bonus was sand toys, chairs and umbrella. Short drive to grocery store and quick walk to beach. Thankful for washer and dryer as well. Cute patio over looking the pond.

This property is perfect for our purposes. As my son confirmed, “We like coming here because we know exactly what we are getting and everything fits well with our lifestyle.” Such a great location with an attentive host and sufficient amenities. We can move right in and relax. Have already booked for next year.

The golf cart was great for 1 day but then developed a very loud squeaking/popping on one of the wheels. We parked it for the rest of the trip to avoid any further damage and to keep from being stranded somewhere. The golfcart was the deciding factor for choosing this rental. The owner was notified but no partial reimbursement was offered. However, everything else about the rental was awesome. Had the golfcart worked for our entire stay, this would have been our best VRBO vacation ever.

Property is very clean and well maintained, talked to the owner several times during two month stay for minor issues, was always prompt to respond and caring about concerns. Enjoyed the use of golf cart tremendously, so fun to go to beach, grocery shopping, etc. All in all a great place to stay!

A comfortable condo with lots of room. We enjoyed our visit and Marilyn was very helpful. There were a few things that needs attention in the condo. Needs a fresh coat of paint, the downstairs bath room especially. The walls are dirty, the paint is chipping off the baseboards, plus the vanity needs a good cleaning. The clothes dryer button is stripped and would not come on every time you used it. The outside patio door handle keeps coming off. You have to be careful pulling it open. All in all it’s a comfortable condo, great location and nice golf cart.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We fished right outside the back patio, walked to the pool, and used the golf cart to get to the beach and to other pools in just a matter of minutes. We cooked most of our meals in the large kitchen. The beds were cozy...overall all great place to stay in San Destin resort.

One of the most well appointed rentals we have ever stayed at. Full kitchen with everything you need for the week, washer/dryer, grill, fans, full closet full of beach items like chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Perfect location for a short golf cart ride to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the pool from the front door. Super quiet and low key neighborhood which was perfect for our family. Would highly recommend!

We are a family of three and it was our first time booking with Marilyn. Marilyn was very responsive to any questions we had and was very accommodating. We had a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed riding in the golf cart to go to all the nearby lakes to fish. The townhouse had everything we needed. No complaints. We plan on returning!
