The parking and check in instructions were not very clear whatsoever, but DO NOT expect to get anyone on the phone to tell you where to park or even where your room is. Once you do get someone on the phone, they aren’t able to tell you anything about the property or where you are supposed to park. Once you finally can park, you have to make a ten minute walk to your condo. Don’t worry about catching the tram to your condo, because the only one that comes by your DIRT PARKING LOT goes across the 2400 acre property and is a 25 minute drive to your condo. Once you haul your belongings through the parking garage and finally reach your room, you’ll be greeted with an atrocious smell of burnt vix vapor rub, one of your two beds being BROKEN, and hairs all across the bathroom. Then once you get ready for bed, be sure to check for LIVE TICKS as there was one in our bed. Do yourself a favor and leave the tram pass on the counter because you most likely will not catch one or find one to anywhere you are going. Also, do not bring anything that needs to be frozen because the entire freezer is frosted over. The elevator was broken for the entire second day of our stay, and rest assured that every time you try to sleep there will be noise in the hallway or construction.
