Todas sus preocupaciones se desvanecerán una vez que pongan un pie en el hermoso interior y descansen en sus cómodos muebles.

Simplemente perfecto para una sola familia con unos pocos rezagados. Este alquiler de vacaciones en Destin tiene todo lo que necesita y más para escapar de las tensiones de la vida y realmente relajarse. En la planta superior encontrarás dos dormitorios y dos baños con una decoración perfecta. Paredes azul cielo y un tema náutico de conchas y aves marinas junto con lujosas sábanas bordadas adornan el dormitorio del norte, mientras que los ricos rojos y dorados con una cálida colección de muebles de madera visten el dormitorio principal. Cada habitación tiene un televisor de pantalla plana y la sala de estar en la planta baja también tiene un enorme televisor de pantalla plana 4K de 55 ".

Cenar para nueve personas, un área de lavado y una cocina completamente surtida envuelta en paredes de chocolate y azul cielo hará que todos se sientan cómodos, casi como en casa, ¡pero mejor! Fuera de las puertas del patio hay un patio trasero perfectamente cuidado con una parrilla y una fuente para pájaros. La piscina y las áreas comunes son el centro de las casas adosadas de Summerhouse. Un montículo de hierba rodante junto con palmeras y follaje tropical proporcionan un gran espacio para jugar al fútbol con los niños. Un montón de tumbonas rodean una piscina en forma de laguna que ofrece una buena alternativa a la playa. Además, el paseo a la playa está a solo unos pasos de las puertas del patio de todos los alquileres. Además, dentro de un radio de unas pocas millas hay excelentes tiendas, restaurantes y entretenimiento emocionante. ¡Todo lo que necesitas para una escapada sin estrés!

Really comfortable and quiet location. Apartment is in a great location on the property. We didn’t visit the pool, because we had a whole ocean and beach to enjoy.

Great place but not easy walking to beach

Place was fun and nice but pictures are outdated as you cannot see the beach from the balcony like it shows. A condo has been built there and is blocking all views now. Also due to only public beach access the walk is more like 10-15 minutes to the beach and very hard with stuff. Place was very clean and would have been perfect had it be a little closer

Excellent stay!!!

Loved how easy the check in process was. Staff was super friendly with any question we had. Super clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anybody. This place was like home away from home. We are coming back next year for sure.

First time to Mirabar Beach

Our rental was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed while we were on vacation. There was something for us to do everyday in the area so we stayed busy everyday.

Very nice

Summerhouse 23 was a very nice place to stay. Unit is attractive, well laid out, and has the best kitchen set up of any place we’ve rented thru VRBO. It’s a corner unit, which is nice. Complex is ok, nothing fancy, but is well maintained and has a decent pool. It’s not quite as close to the beach as it seems since you have to walk about 5 minutes down the block to get to public access, but it’s not too inconvenient. Overall, very pleased to have stayed here and would definitely consider staying here again if we go back to Destin area

Great experience

Our family enjoyed the month of February at summerhouse 23. Fast internet for both kids to do virtual learning through zoom. Nice area to go cycling and rollerblading, or walking. Beautiful beach, we even went swimming as long as the temperature was in high 60s and the gulf was calm. Number of state parks within short driving distance for a little different experience, the ones we visited had beach part, so we splashed after pleasant hikes. I would highly recommend going to farmers market on grand boulevard. I bought variety of delicious breads and honey.

Great stay with minor inconveniences

My family had a fabulous 3 night stay at this property. It was located close to the beach, souvenir shop, restaurants, and shopping. We thoroughly enjoy being centrally located to everything. The property was clean, organized, and provided everything we needed during our stay. We did run into a couple issues which were not a big deal. On the first night, the AC cutoff due to being overworked from the Florida heat. We called the property manager and someone was out within a couple hours to fix it. The other issue that occurred is the dryer heat element was out so we had to hang dry our laundry. We did inform the property manager about the issue who said someone would be sent out. We were at the beach so we don’t know if someone came while we were gone. But it wasn’t fix. Not a big deal like I said. It did not ruin our trip whatsoever. We had one of our better stay in Destin at this property.

Wonderful winter stay.

We loved the whole experience of renting this town home . The location was perfect . 6 minute walk to the beach . Pompano Joe's restaurant and bar is right on the beach. The town home is very well equipped with all you need. Definitely recommend this rental and Newman Dailey is fantastic to work with .

Great stay in paradise!

Our family stayed in this Destin/Miramar Beach condo for our summer vacation (including myself, my husband and our two boys ages 10 and 8). This was our 2nd trip to the area. We were very happy with the location as it is within walking distance to the public beach, shops, restaurants and my personal favorite, Badass Coffee Co. This property is managed by Newman-Dailey. They were great to work with, even starting from before the vacation began. I downloaded their app and had full access to everything I needed regarding the property. Check-in/Check-out was easy and communication was great throughout the trip. We had an accident with one of the kitchen appliances almost as soon as we arrived and they were quick with replacement. The property itself was well-appointed and comfortable. I would absolutely stay at a Newman-Dailey property again! Unfortunately, they loose a star because we did have an issue with the activities vendor Newman-Dailey uses, Xplorie. They offer a few activities for guests which basically adds up to a discounted rate. We followed the directions and booked parasailing through Xplorie. They sent me a confirmation text and provided instructions for arrival, which we followed. We had to book on the last full day of our trip because of the required 48hrs prebooking time, which was fine. When we showed up at 8:30am, the parasailing company, Gilligans, had no record of our reservation. According to Hailey with Gilligans, this has happened on previous occasions. They were booked and my confirmation text basically meant nothing. We could have rescheduled for later in the day but would have had to forgo other plans. If it hadn’t been our last day, we could have rescheduled for another day but unfortunately we did not get to take part in the activity. The whole family was looking forward to the parasailing and we were let down. I was upset that Xplorie did not communicate our reservation to Gilligans, but what made me Angry was when Xplorie called me. Rather than apologize and take accountability for their mistake, the representative attempted to make up a lie that the parasailing was cancelled due to weather conditions (this was false, weather was gorgeous that morning). My advice to anyone who books anything with Xplorie, call and follow up directly with the company to confirm your appointment. Next time, I will not trust this service and will pay full price to book my own activities.

We absolutely loved Summerhouse 23. It was easy to find after our 12 hour drive in. The welcome packet was waiting for us at the property management company just blocks away. Quick drive over to our home for the week! We enjoyed the kitchen with all of the amenities as well as breakfast bar. The pool/sand toys outside were an added little bonus. Upstairs the beds were quite comfortable in the spacious rooms. Each bathroom was clean. Loved our home away from home and can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful, comfortable and clean.

For starters, the check in manager was very friendly and displayed an excellent knowledge of her job. She thoroughly explained all details, which made it very easy to follow the instructions. Condo was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Didn't get a chance to go to the beach because of all the rain, but still enjoyed the stay. There was easy, quick access to shops, restaurants and the outlets. I will definitely be coming back when there is better weather and have more time. The experience I had on this vacation will definitely make me call you again for my vacation accommodations and needs. Thanks for the wonderful experience!!! Can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the manager was, and how she thoroughly explained everything. Will definitely recommend you to our friends!!

Nice!

The house was nice. Plenty of room for me and my family. It was a short walk to the beach. We cooked in two nights both times using the grill on the back porch. We really enjoyed the house. My only complaint would be the bed it was like a lumpy air mattress. Out first night I really thought it would be an issue. Honestly we were so busy and having so much fun during the day, it didn't matter slept like a baby anyway. I would book this house again. Also I loved the book from previous vacationers. They had written about their stay in it! Cute idea we left our note in it as well.
